At the beginning, I was told I was getting a "first time customer" discount and would pay $90. At the end, I was charged $110 and when I asked they said "oh that stylist charges an extra $20." I had never heard of that before but it was no big deal and added an extra $10 as a tip bringing it to $120. the next time & came in was January, and I used the same stylist, but without the discount I was charged $130. I added an extra $10 for Natalie as a tip and went on my way. then came February and I came in a week before my wedding. I specifically came in early in case there was any irritation in my eyes so there would be time for it to go away. I used the same stylist, Natalie, who had done nicely the first 2 times so naturally i trusted her with my wedding look. after the service I came out to pay and they charged me $250. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. I was shocked. I asked the young ladies at the counter why it was $250, they said because that's the price. ok.. I asked for the price breakdown. they pulled out a menu and just started pointing at random things on it and acted confused when I said "that doesn't add up to $250". I told them I had paid $130 just 4 weeks prior, they opened my accounts and verified it. then told me I still had to pay $250. I asked for a manager, they said she wasn't there but they would call her. they got her on the phone and I could literally hear her speaking rudely about me on the phone asking why I wasn't agreeing to pay. I asked to speak with her and told her that the price I was being charged wasn't adding up based on what I'd paid before. she then claimed that I was given a discounted price I said I was not and that when I paid $130, the price had been broken down for me and there were no discounts. i handed the phone back to the young ladies behind the counter and over heard her saying "Well either way she needs to pay $250." No one was able to breakdown the price for me, no one was willing to. my budget for my wedding lashes was $150, I ended up paying $250 and the funny thing is I called some weeks later just to test a theory and asked what the cost of lashes with Natalie was and guess what the price was? $125. Crooks. this location is run by weirdo crooks. it's 2024, I've never been back there since.

Instead of providing the color I asked for, the technician repeatedly tried to substitute multiple different shades and insisted they were "clear pink" when they clearly were not. I even looked at the bottles myself and knew they were different colors. After several attempts to explain what I wanted, another employee came over to assist. They disappeared for a while and eventually returned with a bottle labeled "DND Clear Pink," but it looked completely different from the actual product I have used before. The bottle itself didn't even match the standard DND packaging, which raised even more concerns. What frustrated me most was feeling like my concerns were being dismissed. I knew exactly what color I wanted, yet I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Throughout the interaction, the employees continued speaking among themselves in their language and would occasionally say "clear pink," which made the entire situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after all of the confusion and after I decided not to proceed with gel polish, I was still charged an additional fee to remove the existing polish. So not only did I not receive the service I specifically requested, but I ended up paying extra as well. There are far too many nail salons with excellent customer service to deal with this kind of experience. If a client tells you exactly what they want, listen to them instead of trying to convince them they don't know the difference. Very disappointing experience.

Booked an appointment with Tommy when I missed an appointment due to work meeting. I completely understood and paid no show fee with no hesitation. He rebooked me for the following Monday. Then on Monday he tells me no appointment scheduled and acknowledged we spoke and scheduled but he "probably was busy and forgot to put on books" Very dismissive-as if my schedule isn't valuable? Then stated she would be back at 6pm so they could fill them in more - but refused to pay any additional charge. This woman's sense of entitlement was ridiculous. This place has the right to refuse service. Not surprised she gave them a 1 star. You cant go around not paying people for their time and service. Even after they waived her $30 lash removal fee. Why I went back, I question every day. She doesn't change the sheets between clients, she offers a blanket every time that I know is not washed between clients, so I decline. She doesn't leave her chair when she calls her next client into her station. I'm not sure how she has time to sterilize her equipment; therefore, I don't think she does. This last time I went to her, I got a horrible infection that resulted in my eyelashes falling out. I have no eye eyelashes! The pain was unbelievable, so much so that I almost went to the emergency room. I couldn't sleep, my eyes were red and felt like they were bulging out of my head! I went to my eye doctor twice and thank goodness my eyes are okay and I'm grateful for that. However, I have no eyelashes! I questioned her in the past about the eye infections I've had and questioned her about her sterilization procedures. In her broken English, she told me she does sterilize between clients. I do not believe that she sterilizes her tools. I've have two friends who have also gotten eye infections from her. One day as I was waiting for my appointment, a lady was checking out and questioning the receptionist as to why her eyes have been so itchy and red the last time she got her eyelash extensions. That should've been my clue, amongst others, to not return. When I go to my nail salon, they open a package of tools that have been through a sterilization process. Hannah's business does not do that! Shame on me for returning and I learned my lesson the hard way. She did return my money, including my tip and offered me free eyelash extensions when my eyelashes grow back, really? I will never get eyelash extensions again. I'm grateful that my eyes were not permanently damaged. My eyelashes will grow back, but I will never get eyelash extensions again. Please be aware that it appears that Hannah is violating health codes. I have notified the health department. She could truly damage someone's eyes permanently! It's just not worth the risk. Hopefully she will get a violation and get her act together by changing the sheets between clients, bringing a new blanket in each time a client walks into her station and properly sterilizes her tools with the proper sterilization equipment. This is a disaster waiting to happen... I was lucky there was only my eye eyelashes and my eyesight was not damaged. Hannah, I've seen that you have responded to others who have given you a low rating. Don't you dare respond to this one with any excuses. Hopefully the health department will be knocking on your door any day now. I would suggest that you get your act together and sterilize your equipment and change the sheets! That's disgusting!
