This is the newer location of Cupid's Closet and it matches the quality of the one I've been frequenting on Lincoln. It's a no judgement, welcoming spot. Friendly staff, and has all the toys you could imagine, and a few that I hadn't even thought of yet lol. I'll still go to the one on Lincoln more, because it's closer to me, but it's nice to know that this location matches the same welcoming atmosphere that I'm accustomed to. Prices are fair compared to what I've seen, just make sure you want what you buy since most of the items are non refundable, which is standard in the industry. My sneaky pick here is the pheromone cologne. Many women have commented on it, so I think it's doing its job :P. UPDATE: We finally got ahold of a manager and she was very kind and offered to not only send our order finally, but added a few extra items for our trouble. She said she hadn't worked there very long and didn't know why nobody prior to her had handled this, and immediately sent the order, which arrived a few days later. Thank you Rebecca for being so helpful!! We ordered three products on July 3, 2025, online, because we couldn't find those products anywhere else. Someone from the store contacted us and told us that while it said online they were available, they actually weren't, and they could send us something comparable. We agreed to the replacement products. Our credit card had already been charged on July 3, so we expected the products to be mailed immediately. Weeks later, when nothing arrived, we called to find out why we hadn't received our order. We were told a manager or owner would call us back to update us on our order. That was never done. We waited another month, still nothing arrived, called again, were again told someone would call to resolve the issue, and still no one called back. We called three more times, and emailed multiple times, with no response. It is now November 13, 2025, and we still have received no products and no responses to our calls or emails. I have now committed to calling daily, so the owner or manager can no longer ignore our attempts at communication, and can either send the products, or explain to our credit card company why they took our money and did not fulfill the order. Cupid's Closet may have excellent reviews for in-store service, but buyer beware! If ordering online, your money may be nothing more than a donation to their company, with nothing to show for it. read more
