The self check out supervisor will be 2 inches from me asking all sorts of irrelevant questions. I'm fine with them stating one time: welcome to Hy-Vee, let me know if I can help! But the micromanaging needs to be curbed. Are you worried about me ringing up oranges instead of apples! Or are just fully assuming that I'm stealing from you? I get it! Times are hard, and you are watching the bottom line, but please understand that we as customers are not walking in to your store for the purpose of stealing! We are people just like you! We want to ring up our groceries and get home. I find the Blue Springs location is the worst for this!!! I actually avoid HyVee if at all possible.
