We called Cura because we suspected we had termites. Some of the neighbors had them and we saw what looked like wood dust in our mater bedroom. Cura came out fast gave us a quote that was super reasonable. We have a townhouse so the next door neighbor also needed to get a quote. Our neighbor wanted to get a quote from another company first because she wanted to make sure the company I picked had a good price. Cura did come in at a lower price but after speaking with both companies even if they didn't we both had decided to go with Cura. Everyone working there has been so kind and helpful! Cooper saved the day. To make a long story short, I get quarterly service from Cura and there was an issue with another technician. After some back and forth, the technician didn't show up for the re-service. When I called the office to inform them that the technician didn't show up, they ended up sending Cooper. The re-service was only supposed to be for part of the house the other technician missed but Cooper noticed there were areas where he felt the other technician did subpar work, he ended up servicing the entire house, both interior and exterior, again. Cooper went above and beyond the call of duty and had a wonderful personality. He was super friendly, had good work ethics, and was totally reliable that I called to request Cooper be my regular technician moving forward. He was transparent about his findings and ultimately recommended a fumigation and some wood repairs. Jeremy & Randy - They worked on the wood repairs on the exterior of our house. They were amazing! Worked quickly and also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Since they had to paint match, Jeremy was able to help us touch up some other wood panels near the roof. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no upfront fees to be paid, just a quarterly charge, especially since I've had quotes from other companies that charge upfront fees, as well as monthly charges, and more charges if you cancel services prior to a year. Technician Jose was out today as well for the first treatment at my house. He was so sweet, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and was here when he said he'd be. He spent a good hour at my house doing the initial treatment. He made sure he answered all my questions and warned me that I might see some falling spiders from the eaves, as they die off from the treatment. Cooper did my service today, I have had multitude of spiders lately since I live really close to the river bed. The spiders sizes vary from tiny to a quarter size (poisonous spider). I explained to Cooper what I have been experiencing and he sprayed all around the house, on my eaves, and on my trees and around garden bed. He was very polite and was easy to talk to.
