Excellent service from HomeShield. Mike was efficient, polite, and effective, and he remember to wear shoe coverings every time!

While the monthly services were effective, when other issues arose, response was poor. I had some kind of animal in my home and emailed them photos of droppings, over a week went by before I heard anything. Yesterday they were scheduled to do a termite inspection between 12 and 5pm (not very convenient 5 hour window) and after spending the afternoon home waiting, I got a text about 3:50 from their tech telling me he was still in Seal Beach and could we reschedule for another day. That's enough for me, I'm done. Guess they are busy enough not to take care of continuing customers. read more

Nik B is the BEST! My girls found a mouse in the office area and we called HomeShield. Nik inspected the house and garden Thoroughly and caught a big Scorpion at jacuzzi area where kids always play bare foot in that area. The trap caught one mouse the first day -- and he showed up in 13 minutes to handle it and added more traps. read more

He explained what he was doing and was able to spray my sliding glass doors without compromising the rest of the inside of the home. I hope he will be my monthly representative. I was very glad I called and scheduled HomeShield. I was very impressed by my technician Carlos. He was polite, professional and on time. I really appreciated his thorough inspection of the property. He walked with me around the property and pointed out what kind of ants I had and where the ants were coming from and how he could treat the problem. 12/28/2020 - Called and scheduled a home inspection for service. Got appointment for 1/6/2021, they stated they would call the day before to narrow down time window. 1/5/2021 - NO phone call from HomeShield to specify time. 1/6/2021 - called HomeShield and they stated they had no record of call! I have record on my phone showing the phone call and the 5 minute conversation!! Horrible -- find another company.. this company didn't seem to want to bother with our small issue .... not enough $$$ Plenty of companies that will do as good or better job for less money!!! -- After I post review - I get a call - Them: "we found your appointment we can send someone out" Me: "You've wasted enough of my time, I'll find someone else!!" click!!! So about an hour or two after I left my initial review, I got a call from Zach at HomeShield and he was very apologetic of the situation and wanted to do what they could to help correct the issue. We rescheduled for the following Saturday (9/9/23) and was told they'd arrive sometime between 8-10am. True to their word, Carlos their technician/field-rep was here at 8am on the dot! He was friendly, professional, and did a complete walk-through of the home before starting outside, since we needed to get our pet's things together to be out during the spraying. By 9am he had finished both inside and out! (We have a small 3-bedroom home) We gave it the recommended 3-4 hours and returned home. Since then I've seen a HUGE drop in the number of roaches we've seen. It was explained that we may still see a few as they are drawn out of hiding and then exposed to the treatment and killed. It's gives me such a huge sense of relief to know our bug problems will soon be under control! And I appreciate Zach and the team at HomeShield for following up and offering to help rectify the situation. I plan to continue an on-going treatment on the outside periodically to keep the bugs from getting back inside. read more

After four months now and three visits (Initial and two follow ups)from HomeShield we have had a significant change in the pest intrusion in our home. We started with spiders especially in our home and on our patio, in the last month and a half we have seen none in our home and only a few outside.
