To my surprise, the rest of the staff was super friendly and made an effort to speak to me and ask me questions even though I didn't have any appointments with them. This is rare! I loved it and would definitely go back - especially to try some of their package deals. The atmosphere of the place is also really relaxing. My only complaint is that my shellac manicure has already chipped in 3 places and I've only had it for a few days :( The chips aren't bad; the manicure definitely isn't ruined.. but I wish it would have stayed perfect longer.

Take a book and relax in one of the quiet areas, of course after you've been in the hottubs, steam room, and sauna. Even take a nap on a hammock, in season of course. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.. he was just terrible... he had no skills and was going into places he shouldn't have gone to like way too close to my private areas I kindove felt violated and just wanted to leave and not cause a scene.. it was NOT a deep tissue massage whatsoever and paying for one was a total ripoff...
