I felt like a number... super long wait service is horrible.. it was not easy to get an appointment. But finally, I managed to get a deep tissue massage super last minute like I was a piece of meat ...like yea come now or never -.- very stressful.. so I arrived maybe 15min earlier 12:15 to my 12:30 appointment and I still waited an extra 15 min for my masseuse that started at 12:45.. very annoying and was not sure I wanted to proceed but I told myself I'd probably feel much better after my massage and it would make up for the lack of professionalism. I received my deep tissue massage by Dimitry .. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.. he was just terrible... he had no skills and was going into places he shouldn't have gone to like way too close to my private areas I kindove felt violated and just wanted to leave and not cause a scene.. it was NOT a deep tissue massage whatsoever and paying for one was a total ripoff... I explained my frustration at the front desk and mentioned how unsatisfied I was and how it was one of the most embarrassing experience I had.. they didn't care and just wanted me to pay and get out.. it was so embarrassing and will never ever step my foot back here again... not even an explanation at the front desk.. they said someone in the higher ups would be contacting me to discuss but still nothing yet.. I'm just so upset and disgusted by this traumatic event !

I was charged for two appointments, one of which I never booked and am now disputing the charge. The customer service is HORRIBLE and the owner Angie will charge your credit card as she sees fit and illegally I may add. Watch out for this vendor and never give your credit card information up front.

I got the most amazing massage ever in Montreal by Carmen and then Sylvia gave me a facial that I'm actually glowing from. Earlier in the year I had gotten a fantastic manicure but the lady's name is escaping me right now. Give them a shot, I can't see how you'll be disappointed.
