I'm unsure what all the negative customer reviews are for. I found the staff helpful, friendly, and worked quickly to get me my medicine. My counselor, Dana, was very thorough with my consultation and I learned a lot that I didn't realize about cannabis, the strains, the canniboids and the different products. I came in at the same time the Eagles were playing, so it was apparently "slow". Normally, you should expect to have anywhere from a 15min - 1hr wait in high traffic times. Come prepared and remember that everyone will get out with the medicine they want and need. While there, I was exposed to some pretty entitled and rude patients acting as if they should get immediate service and behaving like they were going through withdrawal. "I could get better service from the street". Well why the hell are you still standing here, lady? Get out. Seriously, it reminded me of retail at Christmas. Here's a pro tip: Treat customer service people with respect and they will usually repay in kind, plus more. I had a great first experience and I look forward to using them again. read more

Before coming here, I read several bad reviews and I did expect it to be a bad experience. It was rated 2/5 stars. It must have been bad when it opened so after reading the reviews I went to the Compassionate Care Foundation in Egg Harbor Township instead. Don't go there. Their cannabis is really good. Their cannabis comes in little jars. Pretty cool. Always Great Flower. Curaleaf isn't that bad. Except they need to do a better job of draining their plants of nutrients because I just got a headache for the first time in a long time. read more

They short ya on the weights. The seal is never sealed correctly and always comes off when I open the bottle. 8 out of 10 times I was short. New medical patient trying to set up a consultation with a product specialist. Visited n person and filled out the new patient questionnaire. Asked to have a 1 on 1 consultation and informed they no longer do a face-to-face, only via telephone. Set up an appointment for the next day at 11:30 am and no phone call. Not surprised as the dispensary is catering to the adult recreational people and the lines are long. Lots of disorganization. They first sent me in to buy product, then at kiosk they noted I didn't first complete the new patient form. Back in line at window, fill up form, set up phone consultation, then back at the end of the line again. Mind you, I'm in serious pain and it's the reason I am pursuing this path. I contacted the dispensary and they required that I send an email with all my personal information and identification. Told them I'm not comfortable with my information sent via email since they already have a file with this info that I watched them complete and label a Manila folder with my name and card number. Not sure what else I can do to get the help they advertise in their literature and on the website. Seems to take an act of God. Very disappointed since this location is my ATC dispensary. This place has alright products, more on lower end as I know someone who works here and they had to sign an NDA upon employment in reference to moldy weed. That's just the start, other than that concerning fact, the line takes about 30 minutes at minimum. It's not free I don't understand why you can't put a better process in place. Number 2 on multiple occasions you place an order online for strain A at this %. Receive your bag open it up and it's a lower strength than it says. Then you fall and they don't exchange it due to corp policy. No parking is another great feature of this establishment as well. Do not use online order system. Our online orders were cancelled twice. This weekend, after I received several emails and texts noting my order was ready to be picked up, when I got there, part of my order was missing and the item was crossed out. It's obvious someone removed the most popular item. Additionally, the online order line was longer than the regular line. I have been going here since 2018. Some of the people are not nice at all. For example today I went to get the $200 deal, knowing it has to be two transactions for me to get any other deal, pay separate right. I have a hard time walking 2 broken legs at the time, operation in a couple of days. John the man behind the counter says you can't do that (my husband, brother and myself have done this many times before. John seeing my condition wants me to walk out and come back in or not get any other discount. He finally let me do it. I was going to order something online for the 10% discount and had a hard time, called they said tell them you will get the discount. The supervisor I think her name was Emily told me she could give me the discount but would not. I am looking forward to more places opening. read more

Insanely high prices! I stopped in for the first time tonight. Checked in. Completed paperwork. Looked up and saw their prices. Went back to the front desk and asked for my stuff back and left. I can drive a few more miles south and pay easily 50% less. Perhaps their products are better, but I have my doubts. First experience here- I drove a couple hours to get here because the dispensary by me doesn't have lozenges. I called before I came and since I didn't know exactly what time I would arrive- they told me I could just do a walk in. I got here and filled out my paperwork and handed it in at 12:10. It's 12:45 and I'm still watching people that came after me walk in and out. This is definitely not the way things are handled in the dispensaries I've been to before. I asked how much longer and they told me I was next- but yet people that filled out ppwk are still going in before me. I was called in at 12:55- it seems that you have to have a consultation before you can purchase which I haven't experienced at other dispensaries. I have not had a bad experience I always follow the weekly specials to save money. The line is absolutely ridiculous. They did have a system where you could check in with your phone and they alerted you when it was your turn in line. I don't know why they took it away they need to bring it back. Watching people with walkers and canes as well as seniors & people in obvious pain standing in line around the corner is an inconsiderate thing to do. I've waited in that line for close to two hours in the cold. I realize Covid changed a lot of your rules but you need to come up with a plan that cuts the line down. I have been going to Curaleaf for a year now and it only gets worse each month. How is it acceptable to make PATIENTS WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS wait outside for 45 minutes in the cold? How is it acceptable to not have a patients order available when I placed it online and received a text stating it was ready for pickup? This establishment is very manipulating in making you purchase what THEY want you to buy not what you need....charging top dollar for it too! After all this is medicine right? The PA MMP is so much better in getting the right medicine to the right patients. I speak as a nurse and a caregiver of a PA patient. First experience so far. Smells great in here! Called in as required to ensure I get in quickly. The receptionist told me there's a free spot at 230 and can walk in anytime for my consultation. Got here at 2pm, it's now 2:53...the paperwork is all filled out and I'm just watching people who came after me walk right in, or sir next to me and get called first.... Can speak for anything else yet as I've not made it inside. Edit** Finally made it in, met with consultant. This is my favorite shop in the state, and I drive over an hour to get here. Lots of turnover in their selection, nice high test thc buds, and the best selection of vape carts currently available. They started a little high at $70/cart, but the price has slowly come down and is currently $55. That's still not as good as other states, but in NJ right now, it's the best you are going to find. They also have products the other shops aren't offering like the lozenges. I think they taste terrible, but if that's your thing they are here. They run a lot of sales here, so $90 1/4's are not uncommon, and anyone that's in the program knows that's cheap for NJ. It was not so hard to get a consult, and once you do it you can pop in whenever you want. My only real problem here is that they cater to a LOT of people because there is not another shop close, so weekends can be busy. I am immunocompromised from chemo, so standing in a waiting room with 50 people isn't really the best activity, but the turnover was pretty quick. I'm not saying me getting medicine is more important than anyone else, but some consideration for people that can't be around other people (like an isolation room/area) would be appreciated. read more

Ordered online and got a text that my order was ready. areived to pick up my order at 640 we'll before they closed. They were only allowing medical patients in, cancelled my order and told me to come back tomorrow. I will not be coming back tomorrow. awful customer service!! There was no indication on the text, the website, or on the sign out front that the last half an hour would be closed to recreational customers. My review is going to be based on the overall experience, something I tried looking for and couldn't find. Curaleaf is the largest medical marijuana dispensary on the East Coast that basically means you'll have a choice of products. Flower, half gram Vape cartridges, lozenges and cocoa butter are available along with accessories, Everything you need will be there. Now for the service, thats where this place lacks. With very long lines you better know what you want explaining what your buying takes time and if your trying to educate yourself some budtenders will help you others will sell you what you need and some just have that look on their face like don't ask me anything please! This problem isn't even a 50/50 chance that's how bad it is. The counselors there are good but only as good as the time available to them. Ok, now for the product! Flower is specific, indica,sativa and hybrid most are good but this is medical so it's safely potent, That means not an over the top dysfunctional high. The vap cart are good Quality as well. People are paying close to $400 to get certified as well as additional visits to keep the certification at $100 a visit while Curaleaf treats you as if your on welfare. The trial and error process cost a lot of money, plus the products that they sell are extremely expensive, $440 an ounce is a lot of money. They do have specials that you could find on the website along with the pricing. One of the most important things to remember is bring cash because they do not accept any form of electronic payments. They do have an ATM and as you can imagine the fee is close to five dollars. Like I've mentioned not everybody there is pompous or nasty, the people that are nice are very nice and the people that are rude that work there you won't forget. One last thing expect to see mostly older people from all walks of life who are looking for relief not pot heads, real people. The saddest part of this is no less than 50 percent of the people shouldn't be waiting in a three hour line wait just to get into the lobby then another hour to get in the pharmacy. Went to the Camelback location for a year and never had any issues besides a long wait. Went to the Bell location one time and had a bunch of issues. First, it makes no sense to make us stand six feet apart outside and then cram us next to each other once we get inside. I had a person to each side of me within 2 feet. Then they overcharged me. I brought it up and it took 3 people to figure out what I told them right away. Then they didn't want to give me the proper change and insisted on giving me a store credit. Finally got them to give me the proper change after being forced to wait inside surround by unmasked individuals. I won't be going back read more

This place seems to have the most unrealistic outlook on their quality of product vs their pricing. Vape Carts are Double the price they should be for what you get, compared to others, which are 20% stronger as well. Their flower is always so dry and refuses to rehumidify, so pressing and extracting your own rosin to make clean vape carts isn't worth it. They need to recruit some industry professionals to get this place on the same page as the rest of the Medicinal/Rec establishments. If I walked into a dispensary in Colorado or California as a grower and tried to sell them the product that's coming from here, they'd laugh and have security escort me out. If seen better quality on the streets. Every strain here smells and tastes the same. There's no reason a bag of kush should smell like tea. Stop speed drying your flower! You're ruining it!!!
