I've been going here since it opened and have never had any issues until now. Recently I purchased two 7 gram containers of Find Rockabilly flower. The first one was ok but when I opened the second one, I could tell right away it was short. I measured the contents with an electronic scale and found that what was supposed to be 7 grams was actually only 2.2 grams. I realize I have no recourse at this point, they would never believe I wasn't trying to pull something over on them (I'm sure lots of people try). Prices are breathtakingly high. $520 for an ounce of very mediocre SMALL BUDS medical cannabis is 3x what you'll pay in other states or on the black market. Dont shop here, everything is either garbage or extremely overpriced. They swap out your order with whatever they feel like and they get an attitude when you call them on it. If you get sold a defective product they do everything they can to stick you with that loss so they don't have to fix it. Management and the hire ups don't even care enough about their employees to have security at this location, they used to but decided it wasn't worth the cost to keep their customers and employees safe. They constantly mislabel stuff in store and on the website and make it your problem when you try to get the correct information. I just got ripped off by this location and had to warn anyone shopping here. They do a 14x 1 gram pre roll for $140 deal that seemed pretty good. Obviously there's tax and all that additional, but it approached a good price per gram. So I pre ordered online (to pay in-store), and then went to pick it up in store, where I had to wait 30 minutes on line. After that long wait, the attendant that served me brought out my items, rang them up in the register, put them in a bag and charged me. When I got home, I realized that she had shorted me 2x of the pre rolls. Seems like it wouldn't be a big deal right? Wrong. Her shorting me means that I didn't get the full discount, which means that I ended up paying $10 more for 2x less pre rolls. A swing of $30 if you're following. I called to see if I could get some type of credit but the person on the phone kept making me explain the situation repeatedly (at least 3 times) before saying that because I wasn't charged for anything that I didn't receive, there was nothing they could do. Honestly, the $30 sucks, but I'm only mad enough to get on yelp about this because the large number of pre rolls that you're forced to buy to get this deal makes it unlikely that you'll visually notice if something is missing, and the system they've set up (where you get a receipt for your pre order online, but then get charged from scratch at the register where you pay) makes it really easy for them to pull this short of trick. My experience is always so mediocre. I only go bc it's the closest for miles. Their speed is an unparalleled kind of terrible. If you go at any time other than opening then you'll have a 30 min line. If they only have 2 cashiers then you'll prob be there for 45+ min even on a weekday afternoon. I was excited to try Curaleaf for the first time. Upon arrival the security was rude and directed us to a "line" outside. Once we made it in, our ID's were scanned and asked if we were there for "Adult use". No mention of how the process works or if we ordered online. After waiting in line for almost a half hour, we made it to the register and had in mind what we wanted to order. We were not greeted by the cashier, but were asked once again for our ID's. I noticed this was the second time they asked, which made me bring up that this was our first time visiting the dispensary and didn't know how the process worked. We were rudely told that you have to order online, we were never told prior to getting line that that was the process nor was there any signage/announcements of how their process works. At this point the cashier says you have to order at a kiosk then get back in line. The line was out the door and just seemed like there could be a one time exception by letting us order then come back to the cashier to pay. But nope, we were sent to the back. And then another associate goes on to yell out "MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ONLINE ORDER PLACED BEFORE, IF YOU ORDERED YESTERDAY YOUR ORDER WAS CANCELLED". Huh???????? I saw about 5 people pull out their phone at that point trying to get their order in because THEY MOST LIKELY DIDNT KNOW THE PROCESS EITHER. While in line FOR THE SECOND TIME, we notice a gentleman in the same position as us, he had not ordered prior to getting to the register. We then see a cashier escort him and help him get his order put in and was helped and walked through the process, but was not sent to the back of the line to wait another 20-30 mins. We witnessed someone get different treatment than us for his "first time visit". Once we made it to the counter to pay/pick up our order, we mentioned to the cashier how our experience went. She went on to say it depends on who is helping you?! How about having the decorum treating all your customers with the same grace and not have them witness the same situation but different outcome. It was NOT a good first time customer service experience at all nor was there any solid apology in our interaction with the second cashier, much less the first one.
