My visits have been pretty decent at this location. However, today was a little subpar. The woman with the dreads-type hair took me aside to talk about my concerns with a previously bought product, and she seemed in a rush to get me dealt with. Didn't let me get much word in edgewise. And she also argued with me that THC oils cannot oxidize when in fact they can! She needs to work on her knowledge, and maybe try to slow down and listen to the customer. Now the next woman who talked to me, a younger blonde woman, was very sweet and listened and even agreed that THC can oxidize. Ice cream haze was amazing Ive turned into finding low thc products help me out so much more now with my paranoia from very high thc levels I've been using for years and years just created horrible paranoia not enjoyable as much as low thc products I get to enjoy it all plus not get paranoia from being to high. overall it's all about the terps if it has high terps it's going to get you even if it's lower thc keep in mind high thc doesn't always mean good. I get it was 4/20. But I sat there for an hour for my 1 vape cartridge that I ordered the night before. And when I came in they allowed several people to check out before me. Who came in after me. Because they never pulled my order to be checked out. And the manager excuse was it's 420 and there's nothing he can do about it. Didn't offer anything, he was more concerned about getting me out of the store than owning up the the negligence, and his apology felt empty and lacked empathy. He didn't even offer a free sticker or merch, or anything for their mistake. My time was monopolized due to their negligence. So I guess now it's just okay to skip people at this point. I feel like it was done in purpose. This is not the first occurance this has happened to me at this location. The lady that grabbed by bag from the bottom cabinet, all the way in the back of it. Somehow knew exactly who I was and knew exactly where my bag was, but somehow it never ended up on the top of the counter where they keep the orders of people who are checked in...so now I feel like it's purposely being done against me. Also the conversations the customers and employees were having, were inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. They were sexually explicit conversations. Customers and employees hitting on one another whether it's joking or not. It's unprofessional and inconsiderate, and inappropriate. Something needs to be done about this. I'm going to put a complaint into the BBB at this point. If the manager or owner allows this behavior to take place, it needs a new owner or manager. I don't ever want to come back to this location, which I'm sure they are happy about since they made it clear they didn't want me there in the first place. I called before I went to this store and they were out of most of the stuff I wanted to try, my friend recommended you and I was very disappointed. The person I spoke with on the phone was not very friendly. I did buy several items but mostly because of a first time discount. The one item I really wanted to try was the balm, the staff that was helping me asked another coworker where it was and he said we have been out of that for a couple months, if you don't have it, then I say take it off your website. I think it is only fair to warn other customers to call before you go to see what they have or likely don't have and that there are other places to go. Ok I have been going here for over a year. Today I go in and I'm greeted with an iPad that has been handed to god knows how many other people throughout the day without being cleaned. I'm told that I HAVE to place an online order to get anything...... I'm sorry but isn't that the employees job? The girl up front tried to explain to us how the new ordering is like tickets being sent to a kitchen at a restaurant...I state to her how at a restaurant we don't go to the computer to put in our food. She replied "yes you do. Since COVID restaurants have put computers out. " yes sweetheart you are right. And I don't go to them or I use the person getting paid to DO THEIR JOB AS A SERVER. I haven't been able to make an account on the damn website since I've been coming here. I tell them this (as well as other customers )are and I'm still FORCED to use the germ-pad. Then I don't have my card on me so I have to wait for one of the girls to look up my number and get the info. And by the end of all this I spent the same amount of time as I would have before. The ONLY good part of my trip today was ONE of the male employees who has been there since I've been going understood my frustration ( and wasn't laughing at me like the other employees were ) and agreed with me that this new system is problematic. I mean what's the point of employees if they are just going to hand you a computer to do their job? Curaleaf is literally paying their employees to only fill bags. I can also tell The original employees hate this system all of them looked frustrated today. I feel so bad for them to be so belittled by their company. Every Curaleaf I've been to had the best staff! They are very knowledgeable about their products and always happy to explain the different strains and usage for each. Wish they had more of a variety for those of us who are strictly homeopathic, but being that it's just the beginning for dispensaries in Florida I'm sure many restrictions prevent them from being as versatile. Awful customer service. I placed an online order and called to make sure I was going to receive the first time discount as there was no way to pay online. When I called I was told that they were swamped and to, "just come now. You won't get a message because someone here has to push the button to send it." I waited an hour hoping that some of it would die down and they would have time to complete the online order. I come in and see that there are people sitting- not standing in line- so assumption would be that they have already been helped. Neither one of the two associates - the lead or the other black lady in the store (the lead refused to give me her name and informed me that they don't wear name tags) made any acknowledgement of my presence. So when the lead (a pretty shitty lead at that) called the next person I walked up to get some answers. I'm not just going to sit down for 2 hours to wait for my turn in line to be told that THEY HADN'T EVEN FULFILLED THE ORDER. So when I call back after leaving the shop furious I call back and ask for the manager. Little did I know it was the lead. I asked him how he was going to tell his clients to just show up after placing an order and how if it's first come first serve that they were even going to have product by the time they got around to filling my order that I placed an hour ago? He said with the online orders it holds the product. I told him that that is contradictory as if it is first come first serve and you haven't filled my order that I made an hour ago- how do you know you will still have enough product with a lobby full of people? He said that even if it was filled I would still have to WAIT IN LINE BEHIND EVERYONE for an order that was already placed. What's the point in placing an online order if I still have to wait 2 hours or more? There isn't. So after talking to him and finding out he wasn't the manager I told him that I asked to speak to the manager- not you. When is your manager going to be in. He said tomorrow and his name is Chuck and that he, "doesn't have to give me anyone else's name" I then called corporate, but guess what their HR voicemail is FULL so no message could be left. Guess they have a lot of HR issues. NEVER will I go back to a Curaleaf. But I will be talking to their manager and corporate as soon as they can clear out their voicemail. If you want true customer service don't come here and certainly don't order online. On top of that if you do come here because of last resort, you might as well expect a couple hours wait as they have only 2 associates and one is tied up with someone who didn't do their research prior to coming in and was pushing everyone back.
