I stepped into the shower for a quick rinse, and missed my delivery - the manager says 'they only have to wait five minutes'. But what I do expect--and what any customer deserves--is basic respect, HONESTY, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my LAST/FINAL experience with GREENDRAGON delivered none of the above. From the start, the customer service with "Alice" was a mess. She is rude, a liar(even about the # of times calling me back, c'mon), and also refused to give me contact info for her superior (Eric McCorville?). Simple questions were met with vague answers, empty promises, and, in some cases, flat-out lies. At one point, I was told an issue was resolved--only to find out days later that nothing had been done at all. Either they weren't talking to each other, or they just didn't care. Alice stated (per one of her employees), she was never going to involve her supervisor, regardless of my requests. Worse than the misinformation was the condescending attitude Alice at Cresent City Greendragon expressed. I can deal with mistakes--I get it, things happen. But when a representative(district manager-hmmm)is rude, talks over you, or treats you like an inconvenience? That's where I draw the line. This wasn't just poor service--it was disrespect, plain and simple. What's most frustrating is that this kind of behavior has become normal in some industries. We're told to "be patient" or "wait for a resolution," while we're passed around like a problem no one wants to solve. Well, I'm done being quiet about it. I was overcharged by approximately $60-70 and she offered me $15 off my next purchase. Does not seem to be a equal solution. If it was her money, I bet it would be a different resolution. If Greendragon wants loyalty they need to earn it. And that starts with telling the truth, treating patients with respect, and actually communicating like professionals. And here are some receipts. To summarize, I am a patient here. I had an appointment 3 weeks ago in which there was an error that affected the ability for my medication to be dispensed. I contacted AML immediately and instead of correcting the issue they jerked me around and then insisted that I needed to call and then when I called no one was available to help me and in fact they are still not available to help me even after they are fully aware that there's a problem. I don't know who this individual is but whoever is representing themselves as the Affordable Marijuana License OWNER reply to my Google review that they had tried calling me at least five times and try to make it sound like I was the one that was, in fact, difficult to get a hold of even though I had been trying to contact them during their normal business hours and nobody was ever available to help when I called. The operator also told me that no one would be available to call me back until this week and I told her that was unacceptable but I did hear what she was saying. So, it's very safe to say that I should not have been expecting any calls from AML on Friday because they told me that they would not be calling until this week. But, since AML claimed that they called me five times I wanted to look because I was aware that I had missed two private number calls on Friday morning and that's because my phone sends them automatically to voicemail. What didn't happen is whoever called me, if it was from AML, they were not professional enough to leave a voicemail so there is no way for me to confirm that they called me at all but at most they called me twice. Online, they chose to lie and say that they called me five times. So, deceptive medical practice that apparently has lost touch with the Hippocratic Oath or it's just no longer even a thing and I'm a dinosaur which is also true. Either way, why would a medical practice work so hard to not have any staff available to help patients during normal business hours? But now they gaslight...it's my fault. Liars gonna lie.
