They ordered a CT scan right away just to be safe and never once made me feel weird or dramatic for coming to the ER for a head injury. Everyone treated me with respect and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Truly great care, great communication, and really good vibes overall. When I finally saw the doctor, I was cut off mid-explanation and told that they don't test for concussions at all and that I would need to go to the ER instead. This should have been communicated before charging me and making me wait for hours. It felt like a complete waste of time and money, especially when dealing with a potential head injury. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend coming here for anything concussion-related.
