I purchased an elite brick and out the package it would not burn any oil. After spending hundreds of dollars a month at curaleaf they refused to replace it. I guess they have to much profit coming in to care at all about a return customer. Cannabis users have a right to good customer service as any else. Curaleaf don't think your to big to treat your customers right . I would definitely shop somewhere else if you would like to be treated better.
