I am new to the medical marijuana scene and they made my experience comfortable and easy Justin is the coolest person. I believe he said he is the store manager. Justin registered me and then gave me lots of information on what he recommends. After speaking w/ him in the front of the store he took me to the "store" and that's where Tyler assisted me. Tyler is awesome. They are all so friendly. As a new customer to Surterra they have a 60% discount on most, not all, products. Customer service is a joke, the manager goes into corporate mode to pretty much tell you no they cant do returns even tho they claim to have a 30 day return policy, and before the receptionist even asked a manager he said store credit would be easier cause then they dont have to contact a regional manager, like that has anything to do with me a customer, honestly wouldn't do any business with this company read more

A dispensary located on the southern end of a small strip Center with plenty of parking. A menu is available at the front desk where, as a walk in customer, you can peruse the merchandise and order before walking to the back to retrieve and pay for your items. A few weeks ago they were selling surterra live bubble hash for $32.50 for 1gram. Now they are selling live bubble hash made from a different company for $36 for only .5 grams. What happened? I hope they bring back the old price soon. read more

Everyone in the store is amazing. It was my grandfathers first time and the entire staff was super helpful. I've been to quite a few dispensaries and this was one of my all time favorites. I've been to most of the dispensaries in south Florida and they all offer first time discounts. Surterra has a first time discount of 60%. With every dispensary I have been to including rise, curaleaf, grow healthy, and muv, you are allowed to use that discount like a coupon on any order you want, doesn't necessarily have to be the first order. This allows you to try the flower first and then go back for a bigger order if you like it and get a nice discount. Well, surterra has been known for some time as having horrible flower. Recently I saw some good reviews on Reddit that the quality of the flower had possibly improved. So, when I saw surterra was having a 40% off everything sale I decided I would give them a try and save my 60% first time discount for a later time if the product was good. Wrong! When I got to the store to pick up I was forced to use my 60% off discount even though a 40% sale was ongoing. I was so thrown off and upset that I left without purchasing anything and went over to grow healthy and muv to make purchases - both these places have top notch flower and customer service. Seems like a silly reason for surterra to lose a customer especially when there is more and more competition every day - jungle boys is opening in the area soon. Unless they change their policy I won't be visiting their location again out of principle. read more

I had a great experience at the Deerfield location today with Jonathan. I had priorly gone to the Miami Beach location a few months ago and I was not left too satisfied with the service then. I decided to give a different location a try and I was more than satisfied with my experience. I was assisted by Jonathan, the manager, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with helping me get the right product. Also, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes which was very much appreciated. I will definitely be headed back to the Deerfield location in the future! read more
