Ali was a great listener and developed a vision for the house that fit both our lifestyle and tastes. She introduced us to pieces and patterns beyond those we would have found on our own. For each room, she provided multiple choices for furniture, patterns, rugs, etc.--at various price points and styles--and made sure that we could mix and match the different pieces while maintaining the overall vision for the room. In addition to her aesthetic talents, Ali was a huge help with logistics--placing orders, securing samples, and staying on top of suppliers and vendors. With the ongoing supply delays due to the pandemic, Ali kept us up to date as shipping and delivery dates changed. We came to her in early November knowing that we needed to…read morefurnish our living room properly in advance of our entire family descending from out of town for Christmas. I was kind of awkward at first, knowing that we might have different taste. However, June listened and adjusted to what I liked. In a short time, we selected a delightful suite of living room furniture. June made sure the furniture arrived on time and arrived on the delivery day to put everything gorgeously in place while I worked on my business, including tactfully putting aside some junk and even offering to hang our art. That gave me huge relief, because it was the day before my guests were to arrive, and I had no time to deal with it. I was also impressed that June did many things off the clock and didn't charge us extra when she realized it would suit our taste and lack of time best to order our art gallery wrapped. June also found a way to repurpose four lamps that we had so that they went with the decor where they were situated. I have already hired Shea Studio Interiors for an additional project to spruce up my bedroom and office. Additionally, June's suggestion to move my office from upstairs to downstairs has tremendously benefitted my business operations, will save me on taxes, and will provide me a better sense of peace in the upstairs, "home" part of my home/office. My family was very comfortable using the furniture we selected (except for the jealousy, perhaps), and my sister-in-law said it looked like something out of a magazine!
