Rack Room Shoes is usually quite organized and clean and have a vast array of options. The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be more seats to try on the shoes (You kind of have to stand awkwardly in an aisle way, hoping not to knock into someone or something), as well as the friendliness of the employees. On multiple occasions, I have noticed that the ladies that are employed here never smile or offer any kind of impression that they like their job. You need to fake it just a little bit better. We went back to the store to buy the same pair because he liked the way they fit so much and we asked the manager, Amber, for assistance and even though we did not have the receipt, she graceously allowed us to return the bad sneakers. DSG is a big sponsor of the local sports leagues so we try to support them as much as we can. The downside to this store: the staff looks a little sketchy and they are not very friendly, the prices (even clearance items) are high. We give them some slack because we know they support the community and most large stores hire lower skilled workers, like the ones at DSG, and try to compete on price alone.

It is beyond poor customer service.
