My son and I waited for approximately an hour, only to be denied service at 11:20 a.m. despite the posted hours indicating that the location is open until 11:30 a.m. If patient service actually ends earlier, the hours should reflect that. Closing procedures, packaging specimens, and paperwork are not the same thing as being open to patients. The current hours are misleading. What was most disappointing was the indifference. The staff could clearly see us sitting there the entire time. They have access to the registration system and know how many patients are waiting. If there was no intention of accepting additional walk-ins, we should have been told much earlier instead of being left waiting for an hour only to be turned away at the last minute. The phlebotomist, Serenity, saw us throughout the wait and could have simply informed us that we would not be seen. Instead, that information was withheld until the very end. When I pointed out that we were still within the posted business hours, service was still denied. Quest Diagnostics should either honor the walk-in option advertised for this location or remove it entirely. More importantly, staff should communicate honestly with patients and respect their time. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone.

All good, however the problem is in the harassment the patients need to tolerate from the high number of irritating calls, emails and texts from Sprinter in the attempt to arrange an appointment for a service, that you do not wish to participate in. Another issue is the marketing to get you to call Sprinter and set up a test, states you can ask and find out what tests are needed. True but you need to confirm your ID for HIPPAA. I also liked the waterfall and the detailed map in the front entryway. There was also an elevator along with stairs and a number of parking spaces. I saw Dr. Nguyen and she was in the allergy clinic on the second floor. Her staff/that office was very helpful since I did not receive the snail mail copy of questionnaire and I was able to fill it out in person. The only thing I felt a little awkward with was when it came time for me to get my allergy Test done, Dr. Nguyen, female doctor left the room and a male nurse came in to put the different allergens on my back as I was wearing a patient gown that was open in the back without my bra. Kind of awkward since all my encounters prior to this were female doctors or Female receptionist. I wish I could've asked for a woman to come in beforehand, but whatever! I needed to get the allergy test done and I felt awkward anyways, but I think they should ask ahead of time if you would feel comfortable with a male person touching your back without your bra on.
