The lady who drew my blood gave me this bruise. Now I need to get to an urgent care to see if it's serious.

Terrible experience, very unprofessional, rude. I had issues in this location before - never could find electronic order and such - but still it is the closest Quest Diagnostic lab to my house and I am working and need to save time. Today it was absolutely terrible. I've spend 40 min waiting them to go through electronic order and other paperwork, then they weee not able to draw my blood - just because lady is unprofessional, and she start blaming me for that (you didn't drink enough water) and was rude. Needless to say that right after that another lab did the draw from the first attempt and phlebotomist there was shocked how my arm looked after visit to Quest Menlo Park.

The sign that directs people to a closed lab.

We stopped by today to get some tests done. We signed up through Jasonhealth, which advertises their testing sites, Quest, as a "walk up" service. The morning hours are 7-11:30. We arrived around 10:25, signed in, and got a number. After the only other person in the lobby got their test and left, we sat awhile before checking with the phlebotomist when it would be our turn. She rudely responded that she was closed and referred us to the signs she had posted "all over" that the lab would be closing at 11 starting today, 11/22. The note directed us to go to the Redwood City location. However, when checking the Quest website, the Redwood City location is not even open! When we mentioned that it wasn't 11 yet, the lady's response was "I'm busy, I've got things to do" The lack of customer service, and lack of communication between sites is completely unacceptable! How can they send patients to a site that isn't even open?

I had an amazing experience with Sprinter Health!…read more I was able to book an appointment for my blood test super fast and at a time of the day that was very convenient for me. Andrea came to my house on Friday morning at 8:30am before I started work. This saved me a trip to the lab and waiting in line, with fear of covid exposure. Andrea was extremely nice and reassuring. The blood draw was super fast and painless. I often feel stressed and faint with blood draws in labs, but doing it from the comfort of my home with a friendly person changed everything. It actually felt like a comfortable and positive experience. Also worth mentioning the cleanliness (nurse wore shoe covers for example) and great covid precaution (mask, not staying long). I will use the service again!

Going over my recent missed call log, I saw several VM with representative's names I didn't know…read moreand who's call out number changed with each call, prompting my phone screening to classify it as spam. The VM that was left and transcribed was only a partial message, the bulk of details for why they called getting cut off before they could finish, and the company name was garbled into a stream of letters starting with "S" but then turning into more of a word jumble puzzle with each VM. This perplexed me. Challenge accepted to find the mystery company calling me. After doing a Google search, I put together that these must all be from SPRINTER HEALTH. My Google search lead to an article mentioning Sprinter Health has teamied up with my health insurance company recently to provide in-home wellness visits. Ahhh Okkkk... Although I do have a team of doctors, I'm not due for any tests ATM, so why are they calling me incessantly? This is feeling much like the mail order pharmacy promoted by -but not required to use- by my insurance company. Now I'm seeing a pattern of marketing styles... They call me more often than any of my family members do! Major turn off. I'm prone to not answer spam calls or numbers I don't recognize. If the message they leave neglects to get the details included, such as a call back number and why they're calling, well, I'm not inclined to give it much attention. Maybe I'll call one of the numbers they called from tomorrow, just to see what it's about, but I don't want to be harassed with multiple daily calls like the partnered pharmacy company does. TBH, doctor appointments are the main reason I go anywhere these days. A home visit sounds like I'd need to clean the house and skip treating myself to a little retail therapy after going to the doctor...hmmm. I'll update my review if I learn more. .

This was my first time at this particular Stanford Clinic and I'm not too sure if every doctor here…read moreis from Stanford but I really like the aesthetic and set up of still being somewhat in the wilderness. I also liked the waterfall and the detailed map in the front entryway. There was also an elevator along with stairs and a number of parking spaces. I saw Dr. Nguyen and she was in the allergy clinic on the second floor. Her staff/that office was very helpful since I did not receive the snail mail copy of questionnaire and I was able to fill it out in person. The only thing I felt a little awkward with was when it came time for me to get my allergy Test done, Dr. Nguyen, female doctor left the room and a male nurse came in to put the different allergens on my back as I was wearing a patient gown that was open in the back without my bra. Kind of awkward since all my encounters prior to this were female doctors or Female receptionist. I wish I could've asked for a woman to come in beforehand, but whatever! I needed to get the allergy test done and I felt awkward anyways, but I think they should ask ahead of time if you would feel comfortable with a male person touching your back without your bra on. Everything else was fine and he was professional, even though he was a male nurse. I just think it was in my head. Lol.
