Avoid this location…read more The problem is not just the wait time. The problem is the overall attitude toward patients and a complete lack of respect for their time. My son and I waited for approximately an hour, only to be denied service at 11:20 a.m. despite the posted hours indicating that the location is open until 11:30 a.m. If patient service actually ends earlier, the hours should reflect that. Closing procedures, packaging specimens, and paperwork are not the same thing as being open to patients. The current hours are misleading. What was most disappointing was the indifference. The staff could clearly see us sitting there the entire time. They have access to the registration system and know how many patients are waiting. If there was no intention of accepting additional walk-ins, we should have been told much earlier instead of being left waiting for an hour only to be turned away at the last minute. The phlebotomist, Serenity, saw us throughout the wait and could have simply informed us that we would not be seen. Instead, that information was withheld until the very end. When I pointed out that we were still within the posted business hours, service was still denied. Quest Diagnostics should either honor the walk-in option advertised for this location or remove it entirely. More importantly, staff should communicate honestly with patients and respect their time. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. You have to log in using an iPad, it took about 3 minutes to fill out the check -in process. Everything on their website is really easy to understand. It's a quick and efficient shop. I paid for $47 for my TB test. The TB test itself was good, just a pin-prick and my nurse, Kristy/Christy was really nice and welcoming. I would say this is a good place to go for quick medical tests. They do other things like Xrays and pre employment physicals. It's on a busy road, and I missed a good parking spot. It's really easy to miss, so make sure you know your way. There is a train station across and maybe you could park on that side.
