The vehicle went through the car was where the truck bed side step was torn off odd the vehicle and the truck received a 5 in scratch near the drivers side tail light. They reviewed the tape and are stating they are no liable when it was plainly clear that the scratch was not there prior. The side step had a small crack so their answer was previous damage caused the issue and they are again not liable. I was asked to leave the premises they would not give me a way to contact the owner and asked me to call after I had left. I get home with the vehicle and calmed down a bit and notice there is a piece missing from the gauge cover that was laying on the floor. There was nothing wrong at all with the gauge cover prior to their detailing. I will be steering clear of Don's for any and all services from here on out. And suggest that everyone else do the same.

In direct sunlight the front windshield is hazy and streaked also! I lifted the tailgate and the inside area was still dirty. I am a Don's member but the Ryan Street location is a definite DO NOT go. They need to exchange dirty towels for clean towels between cars. I even left a tip! Here's a TIP for my fellow YELPers, keep driving to another car wash.

I had gotten back into town after a road trip, but there was no trace of the bugs plastered all over my windshield/grill after the wash - my car glistened! They vacuumed my trunk, wiped down my center console, and cleaned my car mats. My tires and rims were polished to a shine. I couldn't have been happier when I left.
