In speaking with Garrett, owner, today he informed me that the only the blinds are cleaned and a courtesy wipe across the frame. I did not have any idea that the request made to clean the blinds would be literally only the blinds and nothing else. I told him I just wanted to make sure I was calling The Fresh Sweep and not dialed the wrong number and he hung up on me. I called back again and he said the called had dropped. I explained we needed cleaning services for 1-2-month period while our current company took care of some personal matters and he said he didn't understand what I was needing. I explained again and asked if I needed to talk to some else about this and he hung up on me again.
