The person who took my order at the speaker stand seemed unaware that cold brew existed in a nitro version. My vehicle was fourth in line, and I waited about ten minutes to get my order. The server at the drive through window was friendly. Unfortunately, the lid on my drink cup wasn't properly secured, and it fell into my coffee. It looks like there's room for some improvement, but I'm certainly glad to have more coffee options in this part of far eastern Arkansas.
