We were a bit slow on the uptake, and our sweet counter girl, Emily, who was in her 20s but looked 15, patiently explained the ice cream came in a cup and the milk shakes were soft serve only, because evidently their shake machine can't handle the hard real stuff. The gap between courses was unacceptable -- there was no acknowledgment of the delay, no apology, and no communication whatsoever from our waitress. To make matters worse, when the bill finally arrived, it was completely wrong. Our waitress had mixed up the orders and charged us incorrectly. Rather than having it resolved at the table, we were forced to leave our seats and walk up to the front counter ourselves just to get the ticket straightened out. That alone speaks volumes about the level of service (or lack thereof) being provided. Between the endless wait, the billing errors, and having to sort out someone else's mistake on our own time, this was a thoroughly unpleasant outing. The mini corn battered dogs were exceptionally good Combo platter with fish, tenders and shrimp was where I opted, served with fries and coleslaw. The fish was very good, cooked to perfection, same for the chicken tenders and the shrimp. Had the shrimp grilled and they were very good.
