I encourage some other homeowner's association to hire him since he has done way more than we deserve. He once put a reporter in his place. A very fine job! Threatened to bury him or some such thing. I'm sure he meant bury in a legal sense. I think that's a word lawyers often use when they aren't really thinking about shoveling dirt. Of course, that caused some bad press for the association and got our association written up as a bullying HOA. But it was a fine bit of lawyering! He really got rid of that guy! He successfully maneuvered and distorted our rules to ensure the current board could stay in power with convoluted legal reasoning that would make any lawyer proud! The way he shut down debate on that one and made sure no one could question his reasoning? Masterful! That was some spectacular lawyering! Please, hire him, with a big contract! He will certainly do all he can to keep your board members in place and do all he can to ensure that any board members who try to make things better are run off the board. He's really great at that! You won't find a better lawyer! He may even help you rig a board election! And, no way will anyone suspect a thing. No siree! Not with Jeff! He's the best lawyer you will find. I'm not saying he rigged one of our elections, because if he had, no one would be the wiser, and I certainly am not wise at all. I'm just sure he could, if that's what you need.
