After the pandemic I was very cautious of going to nail salon. Many nail places don't properly disinfect the pedicure tub and the jets , reuse of manicure instruments / nail files and products are put in reused plastic soap containers. Yuk! Most important, I want to relax, not wait in line and not be in a room with 50 people - super loud- people lined up next to you - no privacy. . I drive by my old nail place and can't imagine going back to a place like that no matter how cheap the cost. La Belle is busy with customers but I'm usually have 2 seats between me and the other customer. Relaxing instrumental soft music , no TV and no loud shouting across the room (lol). Vikki , is super friendly and always makes sure I'm comfortable. She is a professional and does a fabulous job for my manicure and pedicure and eye brows waxing. They use top of the line polish and hand and foot products. Easy booking on your phones Payment is pre-paid on line so I just leave when I'm done. Highly recommended and worth the cost. I called multiple times to see what was up with the phone ringing and then completely going to voicemail indicating she closed her phone. Maya did not inform Mrs. Ken of any possible circumstances that may have arisen to postpone my appointment. Moreover, I had to call Mrs. Ken to find out what was happening since Maya refused to call me back or send me a message. It was through Mrs. Ken that I found out that Maya: 1. She already spoke to me; 2. Already did my service; 3. Had confirmed all my information; and 4. Was being professional. If I had already done my service, why would I be there and waste over 30 minutes waiting for a response? It speaks volumes on Maya's professionalism that she deemed a client unworthy of the simple courtesy of corresponding with them and then lie to her employer. Emergencies happen and had I been informed I would completely understand but the fact that lying and making a client be left in the dark is incredibly disgusting behavior that is not appropriate. The upseting part is the fact that if someone can lie like that to their clients and employer, who can speak on the quality of the services offered? Perhaps I dodged a nail infection and I won't thankfully ever know. Mrs. Ken is very kind and nice. I felt bad interrupting her weekend due to this. The quality organic products she uses are the only product I have ever found that actually last longer than 5 days. I tried every kind of polish including gel dip. This product is the best out there and Maya is very skilled in applying it. My manicures last 2 weeks at least, I can make it 3 weeks if I'm out of town.

Two stars off because one woman who works here earlier in the week (maybe Sundays or Tuesdays?) really botched my eyebrows a couple times. The first time she ripped a large chunk of hair out that I'm still growing back six months later. I gave her another chance (mistakes happen). During this second session, I explicitly asked her not to thread the inner corners of my eyebrows because I'm growing them in. She proceeded to start threading that exact section after I told her not to and I had to literally stop her in the middle of what she was doing. During both sessions, she was aloof, arrogant, and clearly wasn't listening to anything I was saying. Because of these experiences I went to a new brow place right before my wedding because I couldn't trust the quality or service here right before such a big event. The new place did such a fantastic job that unfortunately they've gained a customer and Elegant Brows has lost one. Feedback to the owners: most of your team is lovely. Providing feedback to the woman who works earlier in the week is needed to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.

They even do a bit of a hot stone after. I got a really light colored Essie Pink (see attached image). I tried to put it on my foot but it didn't take as well as I would have hoped. Luckily, I was able to tell Nu and she quickly removed my nail polish and found a suitable alternate with no complaints. I ended up getting a manicure. The Essie light pink looked better on the hand vs foot. She did a great job. My polish lasted for more than a week which is a real rarity. The only downside is the driers are pretty far from where they were doing my nails. They do accept Venmo with tip which added to the convenience.

There was a tv on with closed captioning and the only sound that I remember hearing was chatter, which was a mixture of the technicians speaking amongst themselves and the conversation of some patrons (who I believe were teenaged girls). If I could, I would have rated this place 3.5 stars: 3 stars because I received the service that I wanted and they were able to accommodate me with short notice.
