We have had a very nice experience with Curl Cleaning. -Peggy, the owner, came out to see our home and provide me with a quote. She also came out during the first clean to make sure everything was ok, and I thought that was great she cared. She even sends out surveys occasionally to make sure you are happy. - You get a reminder email when you have a cleaning coming up and then a text the day before with your one hour arrival window - The teams sent out (always a team of 2 people) arrive on time, do an excellent job and are friendly - I have my credit card automatically charged every month so payment is easy and I am emailed a receipt after it is processed They make it very easy to do business with them! read more

This company is a joke. They wanted to charge me over $200 for a deep clean. The cleaners did not remove anything on my kitchen counters. What kind of cleaning company comes into the kitchen and just wiped down and doesn't pick up anything!??? . I lifted up my toaster in my spice rack to find tons of crumbs and dirt that they just left there. That is completely unacceptable work. Peggy and crew, simply put, are utterly professional. The owner even comes out on jobs on occasion! They care about the work, your happiness with the service and are both helpful and understanding to the lifestyles of their clients. They are also accomdating and flexible with scheduling. I have a nosy little 2 year old who tries to poke his head (and hands) into everything that they are doing and they remain attentive and focused without being dismissive to him in any way, much to his constant delight. I booked a move in cleaning to be done the day prior to when my husband and I would be moving into our recently purchased home. It was very dirty and not very well cared for. I communicated at length and had specific requests that were acknowledged and to be done by cleaning crew. When we went walked in, we were extremely disappointed. None of the requested items were cleaned. There was some very minimal cleaning done, but not worth the $240 that was paid. They have a 200% guarantee that if the cleaning was not done correctly they would come back out to fix it. The owner came with the crew this time. Some more cleaning was done but not sure how because I had to spend and still am spending time cleaning what they were HIRED to do!!!! This was the worst service by far I have seen and your house should not just smell clean -it should be cleaned! It appeared that whatever they did claim to clean, was just quickly rinsed with water to appear clean. read more
