Doesn't actually exchange foreign currency. "We don't do currency exchange here." What??? Totally useless. Get a new business name...

If 0 stars were available that would be my review. There is a sign on the teller window forbidding…read morecustomer from cell phone use. However during my transaction The "teller" took a personal phone call. The person on the other end asked if it was ok to talk now. The teller told her yes but in spanish.I said trying because she was unable to perform the task while speaking in the phone. I told her she needed to ask the caller to call her back. She told me it was an "important" phone call. I decided to take my transaction and money elsewhere. Before leaving I asked to speak to the person in charge. The teller wrote down a phone number with the name Liz. When I returned to my car, I called the number. Guess who answered saying Liz wasn't in today? She also informed me that she couldn't talk to me because she had a customer. I gather she can only talk on the phone about personal business when she has a customer at the window. Perhaps Liz or whoever runs this establishment can let their inform their employees to refrain from taking personal phone calls while waiting on customers. If McDonald's employees cant do it, currency exchange employees shouldn't either. There are plenty of currency exchanges is all over the city of Chicago where one can conduct business. I feel really horrible for the people who have to go to this establishment because they don't have transportation to go anywhere else. I will not return.
