Have booth staffed during working hours. I was at the Currency Exchange International at 11:55am. There was a note saying someone would be back at 12:15. When staff came back she was on the phone for more than 8 minutes s I waited. I was not acknowledged until she got off the phone. I drove 30 minutes to get here and had to wait for the place to open. This company has multiple locations. The two that I have used are both by the Orlando eye, and in the Millenia Mall. I started at the eye, hoping to get some English pounds, but unfortunately they didn't have enough in stock at that time. As I needed them that day, I was sent to the mall where it was in stock. Due to the inconvenience, Grant wrote a note to wave the transaction fee (should have been $10) once I got there. At the mall it was hassle free. They tell you what the rates are before you agree to the exchange. I had been to 2 banks that morning, and the banks offered significantly less. Which is why I tried this place. Thankfully I got a better rate. The exchange was quick and easy. Just remember to have ID with you if you are exchanging a significant amount. Customer service was great from all associates. I'm sure I will use them again next time I travel. read more

My new go-to currency exchange location. They make it such an easy and flawless process. I like going to a country with some currency in case something happens and credit cards don't work. So much cheaper to exchange currency here than at a bank, and they by back your leftover currency if you don't spend it all. It is relatively easy to get to if you park in the parking garage (parking is free on the upper levels). read more

Returned from an overseas trip looking to see how much the transaction fees and exchange rate would cost me. I was told I'd get back $560 for 600 in euros. I immediately went with a different company where I was given a huge difference from the $560. Definitely never recommending unless you're in a bind and don't care if they skim extra off the top. read more

My bank suggested I go to this location to get my Euros, Pounds, and Kroners since they didn't have any in stock. the exchange rates were better then what my bank quoted and the staff were friendly and helpful they even gave me half off the Fee , since they have a coupon online. Ordered GBP's and Euros over the phone because they did not have enough on hand. Received a message like 4 days later to come pick up my currency. Spent 30 minutes driving through 5pm traffic on a Friday to go about 3-4 miles down to the Orlando Eye, where they're located. Walked inside and the guy at the counter is sitting their with a "closed" sign telling me they're closed for 30 minutes. We just got out of work and were not interested in waiting. I was a bit upset someone didn't mention the possibility of them being closed. I mean their hours are 10-10. I returned today (Saturday) and the two girls being helped in front of me turned around and said "we're going to be another 30 minutes." That was annoying but no one's fault, really. So I waited...and waited. I almost lost my balance and fell over a few times due to constantly shifting my tired stance. It felt like I was standing in the same 3 ft. circle for hours. Finally, it was my turn to grab my order. After processing my payment and getting all of my most personal information the guy shows me nearly 2,000 British pounds - IN TWENTYS!!! Seriously? We are to travel to London with a stack of cash taller than my hand. This was so stupid. And everyone, including the manger whom I spoke with on the phone, were "sorry." Wah! Poor me, right? The entire process, which I thought would be a simple, conscientious transaction, was probably my worst business experience, ever. I work closely with I-Drive tourism and I will never direct anyone to this location, or company. Unprofessional and unsatisfactory service at its finest. Sorry! read more

My bank told me it would take 3 days before I could pick up currency for our vacation (our flght was in 2 days!). We called this place and ordered NZ dollars which I was able to pick up the next day. I will definitely be using them again next time I go on holiday! read more
