Mat took the time to explain the different feed and helped me decide what was best for my old horse. And then me loaded it up for me and by the time that was done the guy on the fork-lift, Dan or Din maybe, already had all my fencing supplies ready. Boy was I glad I did that. It was some of the nicest customer service. I met the owner, Dave, who is just incredibly helpful and talking me through all the different components gave me a little test drive demonstration. Showed me a lot of the ins and outs in order to make sure I don't snap belts and just good solid advice. You never would've gotten that kind of professional courtesy from the big box stores. Plus machine had a great warranty and was solid customer service nearby. Just really nice salt of the earth people. I'm positive mowing these fields is going to be very peaceful experience. About 3 weeks ago, we had a call to tow a small storage shed to Burnt Ranch. Our truck loss coolant as we were going over the pass and we continued to refill it and drive on, trying to deliver the shed. About 15 miles before the delivery address, we lost everything! It was like the radiator had blown, fluid everywhere, then just shut down! I called Roxanne at Trinity Diesel and she was amazing! She talked to her mechanic and other shop people and phoned me right back with the needed information so we could make the decision as to where to take it for the repairs. She did this without even seeing our truck! She was spot on with everything from pricing to time needed for repairs. She was honest and so caring with every detail in every conversation I had with her! When we went into pick it up, we were welcomed with open arms! It was like family! Everyone we encountered from the counter guys to the mechanics was friendly and spoke to us! When it was all done and totalled up, the final bill was around $2,300 less than what was originally thought to be!! You just don't find this kind of caring, honest and friendly folks these days. We met with the owners Ken and Debra and they were so understanding of our situation, being a small company and this is our only truck. ****WARNING**** Worst mechanic experience ever!!!!…read moreCommercial truck needed diagnosis that it needed a couple sensors replaced, upon pickup the truck over over 70 miles more that odometer when dropped there ( fuel level also confirmed this), when I addressed this with the owner Ken, he had the nerve to tell me that I made a mistake in the readings, he refused to do anything or pay for the fuel, After I settled the bill, I discovered the full cab floor mat (very expensive $$$) was torn and a box of spare parts was placed over the tear making the tear initially unnoticeable. When I confronted Ken (owner) he told me he would order a new one and call me to arrange install appointment..... then he ghosted me and stopped answering & returning my calls.
