They billed me then as a new starter but had to take my old one as a core charge(?) The one I had installed that failed under warranty so I wasn't able to get my warranty on it from Oreilly's. Muscatine Tire tested it and said everything was good nothing needed. 3 starts later it wouldn't start again. This time I was in Bettendorf and by chance was in the parking lot of a competitor.
