I got a flat tire and went to the nearest repair shop, as I have run-flat tires. After agreeing to a price for four tires, I left the shop and spoke with family, who thought the price seemed very high. I later contacted two other area businesses, and they quoted $800 less for the same tires and a fully completed job. When I asked the owner, Raffy, if I had been accidentally charged for the wrong tires, he shouted, used profanity in front of my child, called me "you people," and threatened that he knew where I lived. My son was traumatized -- he had never seen anyone speak to me like that. He also refused to release my car unless I paid in cash, despite advertising credit cards, Venmo, and other payment options, so I had to call the police. I was initially refunded the full amount by my credit card company after questioning the fees. However, I ended up paying the shop directly because of a small claims dispute. In court, it was confirmed that the hazardous materials and shop supply fees he charged were not actually used or standard practice, and he had to refund those fees to me. Many other reviews report similar behavior overcharging, shouting, and blaming the customer.

First, they wanted $160 just to diagnose the smell, which is outrageous. During the routine oil change, the tech marked the engine and cabin air filters as caution items and recommended I change them despite the fact they were brand new OEM parts that I changed a couple of days prior. When I asked for the service manager and tech to pull the filters and explain this, the tech said the rec was based on the look and lack of info in their system about prior changes. The service manager said they'd "only recommended change not that I had to do it." I told her I will never agsin visit this dealer for service or new vehicles. Standard negotiation practices and I felt like I got a good deal. 4. The macho muscular manager fawned over my little 5lb puppy when I brought her with me to pick up my car. Requesting to hold her and take a picture. It was so cute. There's only 2 things I don't like. 1. When picking up your car from the service department it's always parked around the side and you gotta find it. When you first experience this the cashier doesn't even tell you where it is. She just hands you your keys and might say "have a nice day". This would be much improved if she would just say, "here are your keys and your car is parked along the side of the building. Just turn left out the door and you should find it." It took me a couple visits before I understood that this what what they always did. I'm used to it now and it doesn't bother me at all. The other thing I don't like is that their customer service rep always calls after my visit. I get that some people may like this. But I find it to be an annoying interruption and a waste of my time. She's just calling to make sure that if I fill out a survey that I'll give them a perfect score. It's idiotic that anything less than a perfect score is frowned upon (not everyone can or should be an A+ student). But that's an argument for a different day. All in all, I really like everyone I've interacted with at Deery Brothers. And over the last 5 years it's been a lot of people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Except jerks. I'm sixty one, but I felt like 16 and wanted to jump, but didn't. LOL I would have broke a hip or something. They not only claimed that I installed this thing but did not offer to pay to get it removed (had to go to Car Toys for a $175 bill that no one will return my husbands car to get reimbursed). I wish I could add a picture to how sketchy this tracker looks. 2. Don't fall for their BS financing. Interest rate they found was horrible, all I had to go to is one other bank and my rate was 2.5% lower than that they claimed was a good rate. Fees are also hidden stating $0 and they bundle it into a jacked up monthly payment. RUN!
