I asked to keep all four tires that were being replaced and they still threw them away. When I asked for my tires they wanted to give me bald tires that weren't even the same size, and didn't want to pay me or replace my tires they threw away that were still good. It took two weeks to fix this issue. Very bad at getting jobs done fast. Poor communication.

Doug took it back and replaced the computer on it at his own expense, thinking that was the problem. The transmission was still funky on it, so I took it back again. Doug found out from the Ford Dealer that there is a whole line of Ford Focus autos with transmission problems and they need to insert a special computer chip into these cars. Thanks to Doug for all the work and extra expense he put into my car and the research he did finding out what the problem was. He's an honest guy who will go above and beyond to make you happy and help you get your car going.
