After waiting a little bit, I pulled my perfume bottle out and sadly they didn't have my perfume refill available to refill my bottle but they did give me a sample of another perfume to try out. The few employees I interacted with were all very polite and more welcoming than the ones from the LV stores in Paris. I'll have to go back again another day for my refill but not anytime soon since driving more than an hour hurts my hip and back.

However, I left embarrassed and honestly wished I never walked into the store. The two male staff members in the store were rude as can be. Honestly, please fire them. They spent more time on their phones and did not even offer to help check the inventory if the shoes I asked for were in stock elsewhere. I even showed them the photos on MY phone in case I misspoke the name of the shoes. Like... How do you not know your own company's products!? We shop often in the stores in the area (McQueen, Gucci, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, etc) and I NEVER felt this way with any other customer service representative. Customers, please stay away.

As soon as someone was available, they asked if I needed anything. I motioned to the two men's shoes that caught my eye, and explained that, although I'm a girl, I tend to like men's styles and have a large enough foot to maaaaaaybe accommodate the sizing difference. She totally understood and asked my "normal" size to do the adjustments (American women's 9 versus men's European sizing). Sizing was spot on, and I felt that she genuinely cared. I wanted to wear them out of the store, despite my more athletic attire (men's full spike black suede loafer). We both agreed that a person (let alone woman) buying THOSE shoes could wear them however and whenever they wanted to.
