The few employees I interacted with were all very polite and more welcoming than the ones from the LV stores in Paris. I'll have to go back again another day for my refill but not anytime soon since driving more than an hour hurts my hip and back.

We set up schedules for several future appointments, that is how much I enjoyed his service. I cannot say enough great things about Michael. I will be back again, again, and again. We were looking in the mens section and saw some really nice dressy shoes that would've looked great on my then fiancé and now husband for our wedding day. We weren't looking to buy anything but my mom ending up buying my husband his wedding day shoes. They were indeed spiffy. I asked about the return policy as I wanted to make sure they fit and since we didn't directly live in MA we wanted to know. We were assured we could return the shoes and then have the right size delivered to the house for free. Fast forward they were too small for my husband he needed another size up. I know big foot, ha! So I brought them back so they could mail us a bigger size. We were offered bottled water, greeted kindly and were apologized to that they didn't fit.
