From start to finish, everything with Diko was perfect. I went into his shop with my mother and future fiance in hopes of restoring my nana's diamonds to their glory with a new setting. We cannot thank you enough for the work that was done to completely repair my engagement ring! My now husband and I were at our rehearsal dinner in Canton the night before the wedding and found that one of the stones on my delicate engagement ring became lose and was about to fall out. We went all over the south shore to find help to repair my ring, but no one would work with it because, even though it has the same chemical properties of a natural diamond, it is a lab created diamond ring. As a last resort, we stopped at Artin and my ring was repaired free of charge! We never forgot this. We later returned to have my ring redesigned, the owner was able to use nearly every stone out of my original ring and maintained the original design while making it more sturdy so that I will likely never have to deal with problems that would occur with my engagement ring every 6 months like clock work. I love the design and am so pleased that my original stones could be used (nearly every other jeweler would not accommodate this) as well as the design that drew me to the ring in the first place. Went here to purchase some Pandora charms. This is a family owned business and the wife was really knowledgeable about Pandora charms. She told me how to care for my bracelet, like not to swim w/ it because it'll ruin the bracelet etc., and was really helpful in helping me choose which charms to buy to accent my current bracelet. Just a word of advice that the wife can easily find charms by name or shape but the husband is only good with jewelry that's not Pandora. I haven't bought anything else aside from Pandora but from what I heard when I was there, the husband seemed really informative about all of the jewelry he was selling. He was able to remember what one of his customers bought a few months back even though it was just a watch that wasn't overly expensive! They are really nice people and aren't like some jewelers who tend to follow you around like other places (like some places where they're following not to help you buy things but to monitor you, afraid you were gonna steal). My boyfriend Al and I walked into the store and met Diko, the owner, who was very charming and welcoming. We were looking for a promise ring for me, and a gold chain necklace for him to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. I showed him a picture of my sister's ring that she had gotten 30 years ago, in 14k gold, and I wanted something comparable, but not copied but didn't know exactly what it would look like. Diko suggested a few styles and then he came up with a perfect style that my boyfriend and I loved. We made a modification making it more rounded, and he captured exactly what we loved when we saw the finished product. He also steered Al to a more practical chain than other than what Al had in mind, which was a herringbone chain which would have been too weak. Al is loving his rope chain and never takes it off. We love the product from Diko; he is very accommodating and guarantees his work! We love our ring and chain and will be coming back to him for various holiday gifts (Al- gold charms for my bracelet for Valentine's Day... hint hint!) and wedding bands. read more

My diamond engagement ring had chipped. I was referred to Artin Fine Jewels by a couple of my friends who do a lot of business with him. Diko (the owner) was so helpful. He said it would be covered by my insurance and that I should put in a claim. He dealt with our insurance company. My insurance company wanted me to get another opinion and they agreed with Diko's appraisal of the diamond. After the claim went through, he designed a gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band. He was able to use some of the diamonds from my old wedding band and the baguettes from the engagement ring, which makes the new rings even more special, since the other two rings had a lot of sentimental value. What a great jewelry store. Watches galore, diamonds, creative gifts and crafts. Diko the jeweler and oner is knowledgeable, patient and talented. He listens and does what he can to get you the piece you want at the best price. He now carries pre owned fine watches from some of the best names like Rolex, Panerai, Raymond Weil and Breitling. The watches are well preserved and in the best condiiton and definitely affordable. He carries a gorgeous brand called Alpina and a smart looking group of watches called Breill. My husband and I went in to see Diko to do one thing and came back several times because of the great service we received. Diko and Maral are awesome! They make a great team and are so welcoming. They take the time to find out what you want and make sure you are happy and satisfied. Excellent product and service. I came to Artin Fine Jewels to purchase a steel bracelet for my Alpina as they are the only authorized AD in Massachusetts. The salesperson, Diqo (sp?) helped me out with adjusting the bracelet and installation. A few days later I noticed an issue with the bracelet which was no fault of the seller. I came back to Artin Fine Jewels and Diqo (sp?) helped me figure out the problem and ultimately gave me a full refund for my purchase. The service was great, never had a doubt that I could return the purchase if anything was off. Looking around the store, they have beautiful jewelry and watches.
