Cushions is where to go to play billiards. It's billiards galore. They also have beer and cocktails if you get bored of that. It's cleaner than it should be. The bar is also good for watching a game. I don't play a lot of billiards. It's something to do when you want to have some drunk fun. There's at least 20 tables. It shouldn't be hard finding available tables if not that busy. The bar isn't as bad as it looks from outside. It actually looks pretty clean. The bartender was friendly enough. If you like billiards you should go to Cushions. It's tucked away in a strip mall it doesn't look like much. They have pool tables and darts. The drinks were good and for two drinks and a pool table it was only $14! That's right! We had a blast. I've been going to cushions since I was 16 years old to play pool. I'm 32 now. I spent my 21st birthday, most other birthdays and my college graduation party at Cushions. Over the years I've played in many different pool leagues and the owner Dan Sylvester and all of the staff is in total support of the sport and always makes it a fun time!!! There is always something fun to do, from playing on the wonderful diamond quarter tables, renting an 8 or 9 foot during the day for their $7/person pool special during the day, karaoke on Wednesday/Sunday, playing on one of their many dart boards, or attending one of their many themes parties you can't really go wrong! Grab a bite to eat while you are there too!! Their pizzas and subs are delicious!! Cushions Billiards and Lounge is like Cheers, all the bartenders get to know you and treat you so well. Went here last night with my husband and another couple to shoot some pool. I had a great time. The bartender did pour some pretty stiff drinks and for people like me who don't drink to often, I was trashed after 1 and a half drinks (true story). They didn't have a blender on hand, so if you're looking for fruity frozen drinks (pina coladas, daiquiries, etc.) you are out of luck. They did, however, have KENO. Enjoyable bar experience. Marie is fantastic as a bartender. Love her accent!! We tried an italian sub. It was really good. We were the first people to try their Chicken Alfredo Pizza....it was really yummy!! Loved the taste of the grilled chicken and the garlic butter. There were lots of tv's to watch the game on and seemed like a good bunch of people. Lots of pool tables if you are in the mood for a game. This was my second visit here. Cushions is a great place to hang out, shoot some darts, and play a few games of pool. They have several options for league play for darts and pool. And hold tournaments for both as well. Cushions. Can't beat it. Part truck stop, part teen hang out, part pool aficionado's dream. And Westerville is dry but Cushions isn't. I will let you in on a little secret: I used to work there. Charley is a trip. I hope he is still tearing up the felt. How's Melissa? The regulars here could be in a Tarantino film next to Steve Buscemi any day. They have a wide array of tables in different sizes for hourly rent or coin operated. They are meticulously maintained. The pool cues are actually straight. The have snooker tables. The alcohol selection is good enough and the light from outside is well masked. The food is passable and certainly not bad. In fact, some would say it is pretty great for the price and coming from such a small kitchen. I did a search for Oodles at the Continent but saw no listing so I am guessing that was closed. Too bad. I really do not like this bar. As much as they charge for beer & drinks, they are too cheap to take care of the place. Ceiling tiles are missing or moldy throughout, the bathroom was dirty and only one stall was operational. The happy hour prices are okay but after that they are way overpriced. The only plus about this place is that they have a lot of tables. read more

They have billiards, darts, beer, and a smoking patio. Oh yah and league nights. If you're not a member of the league it's okay because they have darts. Great place to watch others shoot pool and drink beer. Did I mention they have billiards? Because they do. Lots of billiard tables. The smoking patio is for sure the hot spot of this venue. This is one of the best little gems around Westerville for a fun time. I love being able to stay close to home! The place is very clean. They not only have pool (open and league) and darts but awesome karaoke nights! The staff is super friendly. The bartender even participates sometimes and she has a really great voice. And there's always another bartender to get your drinks while she's entertaining the crowd. Even on their busiest nights there is hardly a wait to be served. read more

I have always had a great time at Cushions. The bartenders are friendly. The people there are real. The bar grub is quick to satisfy a late night craving. I am a terrible pool player but the actual players don't shame me (or at least I don't know that they do). I will be there a lot more since I have now moved to the Westerville area. read more

This place is great karaoke on wednesday is amazing and the best bartenders in all of Ohio

Lots of tables but non-existent service. Went to check the place out after moving here and didn't get service but I decided to give them another shot during their Sunday night 9 ball tournament. Not only was the pool room hot and uncomfortable for both visits but spent an hour and a half without a single server or employee coming around at all for both visits. Maybe I'm spoiled with other pool halls but I'm not about to leave $1,000+ of pool cues alone to go ask the bar for a drink in your hot ass pool room. Completely unacceptable to me and I will not be back. read more
