My first stylist was on maternity leave (she did a fantastic job), so I was set up with Hannah. I'm always a little nervous when I have a new stylist, but Hannah quickly sent my nervousness out the door. I came in a complete mess, as a result of very foolishly experimenting with a color mask on a whim (let's just say, I learned my lesson, and good; won't EVER be doing that again! We both weren't sure what could be done, but Hannah had an idea, started working, and as she progressed, it starting flourishing by the minute. By the time all was done, my self-made mess was not only corrected, but it came out AMAZING. FANTASTIC. I was completely blown away, and positively giddy when I left!
