I'm not sure how anyone could give a bad review here, but I suppose everyone has their own experiences. Can't please everyone! I do think Jenn and her crew certainly try. After moving here, I tried every nail salon within a 20 mile radius. This is undoubtedly the best nail salon. I usually see Hailey or Priscilla and love the time and attention they take. This salon techs range in experience, but what I love is that Jenn is a master at her craft and always actively teaching. I've learned a lot just sitting in listening (let's be clear, I'm not gonna attempt to do my own nails - let's leave that to the professionals). Well Ladies & Men I had another wonderful time today getting my pedi & nails dipped. I was falling asleep & didn't want the pedi to stop. But U know all good things come to an end eventually. I had a great experience today as I do every time I go to Nailz by Jenn. I was so relaxed during and after for a few hrs. Now that my friends is where it's at. Being relaxed. Enjoying the time & wonderful experience as always. If someone U know is looking for an exceptional nail salon (and they do more than nails) I highly recommend Nailz by Jenn. I went here because I had a gift certificate I had been given for $45 that said expiration: none, and when I called to make the appointment she said I needed to bring it when I come so she could look at it. When I arrived I gave the front desk lady the gift certificate and she brought it to Jenn. She said she didn't know if she was going to accept it. The nail tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable but the pedicure was below average. When I went to pay, Jenn yelled over to the lady checking me out to "take $10 off my pedicure." Jenn never even looked at me or talked to me about the gift certificate, she didn't even acknowledge me. So disappointing, I came here about a year and a half before when Jenn first opened the place, and she and the lady working there before were both very nice and did a great job, but not this time around. Jenn is amazing. I went in with really horrible looking nails. You know, the kind you get when you watch really intense TV shows & wake up in the morning with no nails left. Yea, that bad. I was embarrassed to go to work with nails looking that bad. Anyway, she sculpted my nails and turned them into art! Very disappointed, while I respect and understand the importance of time and appointments. I am willing and accept fees that may occur if appointments or missed. However what I'm not okay with is someone chasing my card for fee prior to informing me before charging my card. I asked to pay for my nails for my appointment, not once was a fee mentioned during the call. My card was charged a late fee. It was not brought to my attention until after my card was charged. This makes me sad bc I really like my mail tech. This is so unfortunate bc this situation has ruined any future experiences for me. read more

Went in for a couples pedicure and had a great experience! We were welcomed right at our appointment time. The ladies were very friendly and my nails turned out great. Makayla (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) put in a lot of attention to detail in the nail trim and buff which was greatly appreciated! Happy clients, great first experience.
