When discussing what I wanted, he cut the conversation halfway through so I didn't really know what I was purchasing. He seemed in a hurry and rushed the interaction. I visited in person because I wanted help choosing the right stereo for me. That didn't happen. I'm not happy with the results.

Although they were unable to do the windshield, due to the difficulty and specialty tools involved, they were able to do all side windows and back window and it looks fantastic, I would highly recommend. They were prompt and professional, 10/10 service and communication.

He had heard good things about this location. He sent an email out for a quote. He had good communication on the email and got a time set up. He got a confirmation of a time and scheduled to do the drop off. One small hiccup was that he got a second email not long after. The email came from a different individual trying to confirm the same information, and he thought it was a scam. He didn't answer the 2nd email because he had already confirmed everything through the initial emails and thought it was spam. He went to drop off the vehicle, and they had canceled his original appointment because he didn't answer that second email. Luckily, the gentleman behind the counter was great. He was able to get him in right around the same time frame, and we had no major problems. The husband discussed all the options, picked out what he wanted, and got it ordered. He was able to share options with my husband there in the store. He picked out the 15% in the back and 70% on the front. They let us know that they were only a couple of days out. That still worked fine for us. We got the call a couple of days later, and it was like taking a kid to the candy store. Hubby was so excited to see the tint on his car. He had been wanting this since he got the car. We got to meet Jen and the shop pup Jayla, who startled me when I walked in this time, but was happy for the pup love while we finished up paying. It ended up being about $540.00, which is what we budgeted for. Hubby had a coupon, but it was expired, but that's okay. I walked in without an appointment to see if they could…read morehelp me with my 2012 Kia Sportage radio that no longer was working correctly & right away they were able to give me an idea of what might be my car's stereo issue & provide me a price range of what it would cost depending on the problem. I was able to bring it in later that same day for them to pull out the radio & check on the actual cost with the manufacturer. They said it would take approximately 2 weeks to get back, as it had to be shipped out, & they called me right when it came in & were able to get it re-installed that same morning & made sure everything worked as it should again! I was very impressed with their customer service & detailed information, so I knew what to expect. They also saved me a TON of money compared to taking my car to the Kia dealership! Not overly bright, but a great guy. His other employee thinks he's a gym rat. He's pretty bright, but bores you to tears, so be warned. BUT, all in all, I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE to get my windows tinted! Jesse was able to have his tint man do the job today, and it makes the ruby red metallic paint really stand out. If you want quality tinting, go nowhere else but Inphase. Fair price and great customer service. I'm thinking I may one day get Jesse's help with some auto sound upgrades, too!

Absolutely terrible customer service - store was unorganized - nobody could answer any questions. Terrible experience .
