So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. Unfortunately, a visible slit was cut into the front of the jacket. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or accountability--just deflection and excuses. They offered to reimburse half of what I paid, but that doesn't begin to cover the cost of the damaged clothing caused by poor embroidery. For context, I asked if they could have the order ready a day early, only if it wouldn't compromise quality. They agreed, but based on the results, it appears the job may have been rushed and lacked quality control. If meeting the earlier deadline wasn't feasible, they should have said so. I would have preferred a slight delay over this outcome. They also have not returned one of our lab coats (over a month from when we picked up everything else) which was supposed to be embroidered but wasn't completed in time. If you value your clothing and expect to be treated professionally, I recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, this business was careless, dismissive, and unaccountable.

I actually think I was here the last time I was in Scottsdale several years ago but I didn't Yelp it so who can say? Regardless, Mom found some things that she could not leave Arizona without and I picked up some candy for the office and prickly pear honey for my employees. While there Mom tried on some cowboy hats and honestly should have just bought one, but she's never been a hat person. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, from the moment we walked in the door to the checkout process, which is always nice to see--so many souvenir shops have staff that are as likely to stab you as they are to help you.
