I ordered a growler as a wedding gift for a friend and received notification that the item had been delivered August 14. I checked my locked mailbox to which I saw a key, but when I used it to open the bigger parcel box, nothing was there. No order. No package. I contacted the seller immediately, and updated them on the issue. I also called USPS & asked if they had the package. They did not. USPS sent the seller a message to let them know that I never got the delivery. I contacted the seller again to say that I'd like to know how we proceed. I spent money on a product that I never received, and didn't feel comfortable that my card was charged. The seller said because USPS says "delivered" we completed your order. Their "solution" was a 15% discount if I ordered it again. This is terrible customer service. I would not use again. *Note* I did end up getting a hold of USPS and they confirmed I never got delivery. Pictures attached. read more

I ordered a custom whiskey glass, when they emailed me the design for approval I did not approve and requested that they enlarge the font (could barely read) and center the image. No response to my email and they didn't make any of the requested changes. When I received the glass and complained, their response was that my email went to their designer (not monitored) and not to the "approval" department via a link somewhere in their email. Terrible customer service and very limited design option. Will not be using Everything Etched again. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a $100.00 Waterford ornament for my new grandson. I have had them do 3 for me in the past and they were perfect. On this one, the name was small and it wasn't centered on the ornament. I complained and the owner said they were busy and had seasonal staff. She offered to etch another one for free - after I spent another $100.00 dollars. She agreed that the work was mediocre but their policy was unless it was damaged, they would not pay for a replacement. I will never go back and would encourage you to find another engraver/etcher that stands behind their work. read more

This is one of those places that makes you think about what else in your home you can personalize. What else can I etch? Apparently EVERYTHING! Challenge accepted. Until then, I'll have to make due with what I have already had personalized through Everything Etched. My first purchase was a whiskey glass engraved for my now Father-in-Law. In fact, I am about 99% sure this purchase was the reason he approved the marriage of me to his first born son. You see, his Father's doctor *actually* told him that he should start having some whiskey now and then to relax. I know...who is this doctor and when can I make an appointment? Leave it to Alabama... This revelation lead to my ordering of a whiskey glass engraved with his name on the top and bottom and the phrase "Doctor's Orders". GENIUS - AMIRITE?! Everything Etched pulled through and sent over the most kickass whiskey glass on either side of the Mason Dixon line and it was the greatest Christmas present ever given. My second purchase was more personal. After I was finally Father-in-Law approved I was set to marry his son in the smoky mountains on a beautiful day in May. What else did this day need? WINE. And a beautifully engraved box, just for us. But where could I get such a thing? OH YEAH. Everything Etched. Duh. A few weeks before we got married the box arrived and it was just gorgeous! The box was wood so it was a little rough around the edges - we took some sandpaper to a few of the corners so that we didn't get any splinters and voilá - it was ready to house our 1 year wine bottle. :) With Christmas 2017 fast approaching now is the time to start thinking about what to get all those people in your life... something affordable, yet personal? Because I have a stupid husband brain, I only have enough real estate to remember things like, getting dressed, breathing, and eating (and getting dressed doesn't always make the cut). I absolutely adore these people. I was trying to get an engraved picture frame for a charity gift, and I was frustrated because framing shops couldn't include all the words I needed. I showed up with some Bottle Keepers that are stainless steel and powder coated. 3 days before leaving for Christmas in Dallas. I brought them in Monday, he had the proofs for me on Tuesday, of course changed my mind on style, font and words..ha ha. he had them changed and called me Wednesday as they were finished!! So it is always hard when you are buying a product like this sight unseen. The website was very helpful in picking the item and design. I also love the fact that I had to preview the design and approve it before they made it. Still was not sure so I ordered the wine and cheese board to see how it turned out. I was in charge of a group gift for a going away present, the person going away moved up their leave date so I called Everything Etched to see if the gift could be engraved the same day. Was told yes so dropped it off. Was called several hours later that they made a mistake and the gift had been engraved with the wrong initials. It was a special order item and had to be ordered on line. Tyler, the owner, ordered a new one. 2 days later it arrived and then a day after that it was engraved late afternoon. So item I needed engraved same day took 4. Went in to pick it up, received new item with engraving, they would not give me original item, told me I was refunded, but it's not showing on my statement. Had to call to ask them to send me a receipt for refund for proof. While they did replace item, onus has been on me to ensure refund for engraving happened. The $20+ refunded for engraving (if it truly has been) definitely not enough to replace the extra time, hassle and embarrassment. read more
