All I can say is that after having my first Beagle trained by Bill, we were so happy with the job he did with Mulligan; that when it came to our new member of our family, Mashie was coming to Ohio! We live in downtown Chicago so it is imperative in a City with so many other dogs and people walking them, dog parks, beaches that we have well trained dogs. Mulligan went through two extensive training to become a service dog and as is Mashie. We go on 30+ days trips out of the country once each year and drive 6 hours roundtrip just to have our dogs board with Bill. He is THE best in the country from our own perspective and research. Both of our dogs are 100% pure bred pedigree beagles from Championship lines. The breeder has been so impressed she is in contact with Bill referring him clients all of the time.
Bill is not your typical dog trainer either, his attention to detail is impeccable. Not only does he make sure that they are well trained, he also makes certain that the dogs health is top priority and manages their diet extensively while boarding, training and
monitors their activity level in a way that a personal trainer does for people.
Most importantly, Bill loves the dogs so much and while in his care you can be at ease they are in great hands. As much as we detest being without our dogs for 3-4 weeks, it is comforting to know they are enjoying themselves thoroughly each and every day; and know that when they return to Chicago, they do not jump on guest, never once have gone in the house, are crate trained or bed trained, know when to heel when walking on the street and sitting, laying down on command. They understand all of the commands, and with just a little effort on our part as parents, reinforcing what Bill taught them, the training is forever. Their demeanor around children is calm and comforting and never beg at a table.
