The actual vet was also amazing. he went through everything very carefully and talked me through everything he was doing. my cat was very scared so he ended up having an accident in his carrier. which they took in the back and cleaned. he answered all questions that I asked in a way i could easily understand. I was then given flea medicine to take home at no cost at all, along with a couple squeezable treats. I was also given a folder with a ton of information about being a cat parent, including food I should be giving him and things that can possibly be toxic to them which i wouldn't know as this is my first cat. i'm definitely very happy with my experience and will continue to go here!

I now live in North Royalton and am now married, that is when I bought my husband our first puppy! We tried a couple of Vet locations nearby and I immediately was not happy with any of them. I told my husband we need to go to Twinsburg Vet and to go back and see Dr Gregg who was at the old location and now the new larger Hospital and Pet Lodge. We now see Dr. Jeremy since Dr Gregg has since retired and he is wonderful. The most important thing to me is trust and that is critical to me. I know that the pricing is high and I am not sure what other locations charge. Again, I have been going here for almost 3 decades and I fully intend to stay with this business. When Dr Jeremy is off, we have seen Dr. Stacey, Dr Rachel and Dr. Jeff they all have been wonderful. I know my pets are in good hands, and it gives me so much less stress having to worry. We met Jennifer while she was helping foster a cat we wanted to adopt. Several months later when we…read moreadopted our dog and discovered his nearly debilitating separation anxiety, we asked her for help. She came to our home and helped train him in some basic commands (turns out you *can* teach an old dog new tricks), as well as training us to recognize signs of stress in him and helping us cope with his anxiety. My fiancée had never had a dog before, and even when it looked like we would have to return Tank to the rescue, Jennifer reassured us that things just take time. Finally, through a combination of training with Jennifer and some puppy Prozac (also at Jennifer's suggestion), Tank is a happy, healthy, well-adjusted dog. Also, when we adopted a second cat who did NOT get along with the first cat, Jennifer taught us how to give both cats enough reassurance and sense of safety to make them comfortable with each other. As I write this they're playing together and chasing each other up and down the hall (for such small cats they make a LOT of noise). All of this is to say that without Jennifer we would not be the family that we are. She brought us our first cat, helped us rescue and rehabilitate our dog, and made sure our second cat was safe in our home. We are very grateful to her and would 100% recommend her business to anyone in need of assistance with any pet related issues. I met the owner of Serafina Training and Boarding when she taught the puppy kindergarten classes that my little one attended at Pet People. She is a wonderful person who really knows dogs. The boarding is at her home. When we got there to drop her off, the owner already had a bed ready for her, chosen next to another high energy puppy that she quickly became good friends with. Being extremely type A, I texted/called the owner daily to check in on her. The owner was always very gracious and updated me on how she was doing and how well she was eating/sleeping. I never had to worry about her safety or happiness. The truest testament to how wonderful the place was is that the second time I had to drop my little one off, her tail was wagging as she bounced into her bed. My family has brought their animal-people to Countryside for decades now, and my dad and I have made our puppy the newest Dr. Tripp patient. I haven't encountered a single thing that rubbed me wrong. They care and they prove it through their high standard of dedicated care. I didn't feel like human chattel, either. Dr. Tripp still shares stories about my mom bringing the dogs in; they actually get to know you and your pets. So yes, I can confidently recommend the Countryside team.
