went in because when using my turn signal my headlights and dashboard lights would flicker on and off. they told me my alternator and battery needed to be replaced was gonna be over $800 which i don't already have. paid them $125 for the diagnosis and then went to o riley's had them check my battery and alternator. both FINE. played me out of $125. called for them to explain and their excuse was that they just have more sophisticated equipment and "you get what u pay for" dogging on o riley's for doing free checks. i quite literally cried on the way home because $125 doesn't seem like much to some but to me it was A LOT along with still not knowing what's wrong with my car. :( read more

We were traveling and it was mid day on a Saturday when our car broke down. Mike at Custom said he would do repair right away. Towed to his shop and they stayed open late on Saturday to finish. We were traveling back through on Sunday and Mike met us at the shop so we could pick our car up. Saved our weekend and the work was done at a very fair price. read more

BIG RIP OFF!! I'm a broke college student and they are all about the money. I slid on black ice and needed an alignment so I called to make an appointment. Their response was "it's going to be a few hundred dollars because you probably have stuff broken under there that will prevent us from doing the alignment unless we replace it, and this is something you need done immediately." I went to a different place, Big O Tires, who looked at it, said nothing was broken and did the alignment no problem. Also, Custom Complete used to change my oil. They said I NEED to get it changed every 2,000 miles but I tried a different place and they told me it's 5,000, they were definitely ripping me off. They also told me my rear differential leak could cause my car to catch fire and was pretty bad. I pushed and asked how much and they admitted it's very minor. A car smart friend said oil was just barely pooled around the area and they didn't even need to top off the fluid. Find somewhere else! read more
