Talked to the Manager and One of the owners new about the damage and they try to fixed But it was still done incorrectly and caused more damage. Last year, the techs failed to secure a large screen and it blew off, getting destroyed in the…read moreprocess. We didn't complain because sometimes stuff happens, and the window is one that is never opened. This year, the techs forgot to clean the gutters on an outbuilding and we had to remind them. Then, one screen blew off three days later; another large screen was dangling so I removed it so it wouldn't be destroyed; a third large screen was loose, and maybe I secured it from the inside. A fourth screen was loose and nearly feel off but we secured it. They asked my wife if she wanted to secure the screens because they were "hard to do" but she refused. Well, it seems no one did it. Now that the sun is out, it is apparent the window cleaning was all that well done either. Cannot recommend them to anyone with screens and windows and gutters.

The workers were nice and professional but ultimately broke one of our windows. Ashley Porinsky, the manager, has refused to replace the window and even refused to refund our deposit of $447 so that we can have some help with the cost to replace it. To replace this window is going to be extremely expensive given its height and its double pane arch. We are so disappointed and upset by the customer service. This is why companies have insurance.
