Gerry H. I did the Custom Fat Loss program Jan.16,2017. I made my goal in July of 100lbs lost. I have since lost an additional 10lbs which I have maintained the loss to present. This would not have been possible without Dr. Matt's program and his well-trained staff & coaches. The program is expensive, but it is an investment in yourself. At the initial meeting with Rachel everything was explained and all my initial questions answered. My coaches Kim & Shannon are the best, the wellness visits were very educational & encouraging they were available through texting around the clock although I did not text at 2AM. For me the whole aspect of the program has been one of a chance at a second life. Family and friends that did not know what I was doing ( most of family lives out of state) were astounded when they saw me for the first time. A part of what the program gave me was a learning of better nutrition and activity ( not exercise), healthy choices where ever you are is a big key. The secret to me in the success of the program is not the supplements. It has been the work of the coaches, the teaching of what you can do for yourself, the encouragement when you stumble which we all do. I have recommended this program to many friends and co-workers some who have tried the program and have had success (3) that I know of right now. I have not once felt hungry in a year, I see all the activities that I had always wanted to do now being done by me. ( I am hiking up Mt. Washington in July with my nephew can't believe it ) Will I always keep the weight off, with what I have learned and experienced the choice is mine. I have tried many weight loss programs in the past and some have been partially successful and others not at all. It seems like the older I get, the harder it is to get the weight off and keep it off. I had listened to the radio advertisement many times and did some research on the website and decided I would give it a try. I started the program the beginning of October 2017 and to date have lost 32 pounds. The program is easy and to be honest you never really feel hungry. There are no major restrictions; just quantity control and good clean eating. I always considered myself a healthy eater, but this program has taught me that some of the choices I was making were not healthy and that you really need to be aware of the kinds of food you are putting in your body. When you start the program you are assigned a wellness coach who is with you throughout the process; someone that you can contact whenever you have a question or need help with the program. This wellness coach becomes an essential part of your success for the initial phases of the program and I believe it is a large part of why the program is so successful. As you continue through the process, you have many options for how you would like the program to work for you and a choice of how much of a monetary and time investment you can make. I started custom fat loss in September 2017. I was severely overweight and had little to no energy at all. I ate alot of terrible foods based on convenience rather than health benefits. As I began the program I thought that the portion control would have been an issue but it wasn't. I had a smaller portion of protein but still had a larger portion of vegetable. It kept me feeling full and satisfied. I was never left feeling hungry or craving anything. In the first 40 days of program, I lost 37 pounds. After a brief struggle with the maintenance stage (which my coach was very instrumental is helping me work through it, got me in touch with one of the Dr's so that we could come up with a plan of action and keep me positive) I was able to maintain my weight with ease. Since the program has ended, I have lost another 6.4 pounds and just over 13inches from my waist and 11.5 inches on my hips! I joined this program last October in the Webster location and have lost and keep off my 23 pounds. I loved the program... I joined for the reason of wanting to reset my metabolism, which I knew was off. I was not an over eater, if anything maybe an under eater!...The pounds kept creeping up and no matter what I did it just was not working and I always felt bloated.With the help of my counselor coach I got thru the program. Great suggestions of some new foods and ways to help in cooking methods. If I go up a pound or two I eat on point for a day or two and I have to say my metabolism has a set point and I'm back to my goal weight. I hope to maybe try this again and loose a few more pounds.. I have gotten great complements and people are amazed that I have kept it off. It has not been hard at all!... No other plan I have tried has worked as well as this program. I joined this program in November 2016 when I was tired of struggling with my weight. I walked in the Webster office and knew this was the right program for me. I lost 27 pounds right in the midst of the Christmas season. My coach, Jaime, was supportive and helped me navigate the holidays including office parties etc. I felt more healthy and more energetic than I had in years. A year later when a health issue set me back in my progress, once again the supportive people and proven program helped me to get back on track with my health and weight. I have never done a weight loss program that had such great results. I also can say, I have never met a group of people more committed to their clients. Having their support anytime I need keeps me focused and encouraged to press through any obstacles I face. I joined this program in March 2017 at the Webster location as a birthday gift to myself. I lost 34 pounds on the program and an additional 34 pounds on my own. I love this program and my counselor. This program was easy to complete and taught me what my body really needs to be healthy. This program has shown me how to eat, what to eat, and how much to eat which no other program has been able to do. One of the best things about this program is that all the food can be bought at your "favorite" store or farmer's market or roadside stand as it is all whole foods not processed. It also has shown me that I can still have a "sweet" or two on occasion without really affecting my weight as my body now knows how to handle it. I highly recommend this program! I learned about this program from a former client of Custom Fat Loss. This person has maintained his weight for over a year. This is a fantastic program. I lost 49.4 lbs. There is no pre planed unhealthy food to buy. You learn how to eat clean and healthy. The weight comes off quickly and stays off. Dr Matt really cares about his patients and the staff a Webster is WONDERFUL! I do daily check in's with my wellness coach and tell her where I am at with my weight. I don't normally leave reviews but after I read the two previously left here I felt compelled. I am offended by them because this program changed my life. I had a very different experience than these ladies in that I lost 52 lbs and had to come off of my blood pressure and cholesterol medication because everything was normal after. I am not sure what the average amount lost is, but for me it was enough that was life changing. I am a health care provider and was very impressed with the information I learned going through this program. Like I said I am not good with reviews and I won't deny it wasn't cheap, but losing this weight and keeping it off wasn't something I was able to do myself even in light of my background. Custom Fat Loss has been able to do for me what no other place could ... lose weight! I tried WW and other diets but nothing would either work or if I did lose weight, keep it off. Custom Fat Loss taught me a new way to eat, different foods that would "trigger" weight gain and foods that wouldn't. In a little over a month I lost more than 22 pounds and have been able to keep it off. I haven't had to starve myself nor eat special foods that I had to pay for. I was able to eat normal meals with food that I bought at Wegmans. This is my second go around with Custom Fat loss. My father passed away soon after my first try and I lost my motivation to continue on loosing weight.
