The company has a license but the crews do not. There are no qualified plumbers yet they mess around with plumbing. And they destroyed it. They stuck an unsealed flange repair kit into our sewage pipe (that they bent when cutting!). Our home has smelled like sewage and the company refused to take onus and repair. They refused to put me in contact with the business owner after asking many, many times. After going back and forth for months, we finally had to hire a plumber and he unearthed the disaster underneath the toilet. Next are the walls and ceiling, on OUR dime?! Bath Planet of CT will ruin your home and not take any accountability or make any effort to make right what they have broken. I was so excited for a new bathroom. But I would take the 1940 original over the awful ordeal and money grab we have been put through any day.
