Called Sat, was told it would be emailed over shortly. No quote came, called Tuesday, was told he didn't do the quote since they couldn't take the job for months. Fair enough but dont drag me along if you're too busy. We think he didn't like us, he freaked out over a blind basset hound with 1 eye and asked us to put the dog away since he was scared. I think he passed on us since he heard us laughing at him. Call somewhere else....

May 4, 2021 A clear problem was LL Flooring insisting on…read morefull payment more than a week before installation of the floor. This leaves the customer with no leverage when there is a problem. The installation was a disaster. They were done after 4 hours ($1500. or $375. per hour). The toe molding was removed and not replaced and the rubber flashing at the base of the cabinets was crushed under the new flooring. You also could put your fingers under two of the door thresholds. The workman also smashed a wall clock and hid it under a piece of furniture so we would not find it until after they left. This was their idea of complete! Do yourself a favor and hire a LOCAL professional. I wish I did.

They were professional and worked very hard. The contractor sliced a big chunk of his finger off when the shower wall started hopping on the saw. He chose to save the shower wall(very expensive piece) and sliced a piece of his finger off in the process. He had cleaned it all up before I even knew what happened. He got it stitched up and was back to work. True dedication. The bathroom looks amazing. I highly recommend Brewster home improvement.
