AVOID ABClers at all costs. They resealed our driveway last year and seemed competent and friendly at the time. However, the work has not held up - photos attached. Within six months, large sections of the sealant had come up. A year later, it's even worse. These are in low-traffic areas - no cars or bikes. And no "moss," as they ridiculously tried to tell me. They offered to do a touchup, but that would have left a different texture and color on there a year later. It is important to note that their work does not carry a warranty. I did not realize this when we hired them (my fault!). Thus, they refused to make it right and redo the driveway. Presumably, they used a cheap product. Avoid at all costs; spend your money elsewhere for a driveway that will last. read more

In November, 2019, I contracted ABC-LERS, LLC to seal my driveway. I had never used them before. It was a little late in the season; however, they did a good job. I did notice some small cracks that weren't filled in. I called and spoke with Audra. She said due to the time of the year she would put me on her list to contact in May, 2020. Without fail Audra contacted me in May and said the crew would be over the next day to look at my driveway. Because we would be away she said to mark the spots of concern, which I did. Upon arrival back home I immediately noticed the ABCler crew had been here and took care of all the spots I marked and then some. I was extremely pleased with the fact Audra followed up with the call in May and that the crew did a great job filling in the small cracks. We recently had our driveway sealed by ABC Lers and they did an amazing job. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than their competition, but it was worth it. They showed up on time, finished the job quickly, and our driveway looks perfect. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that it was a bit tricky getting them on the phone. We had ABC-Lers come seal our driveway in July 2013 the crack filler they used just never got hard the following year spring 2014 we were still having the same problem the crack filler would get soft from the sun and stick to our car tires and scratch the car as it was hitting against the side of the car as we drove down the street., we contacted the office as it wasn't even a year later, they came out and looked at it told my husband they had filled the cracks with the wrong filler and she would send someone over to scrap it out and fix it, approx. 2 months after that someone left a message on my voicemail they would be coming the next day and all cars should be off the driveway, we were on vacation, upon returning from vacation we returned their call several times to reschedule and no one ever called back. So here we go again the weather is getting warm and it's still coming up sticking to our tires and scratching our cars, needless to say our driveway is just a big MESS!!! Very poor job and customer service. read more

Their service is terrible. It has gone from bad to worse over the years. I used them because they were inexpensive, but I got what I paid for. They have frequently had to come back to do work that should have been quality the first time. In this instance, they were to come but got rained out. Not their fault. What is their fault is that hours before the rescheduled day, they called to say they wouldn't be there. This was now impacting other work that I was to have done on the house. The job was substandard. They did not quote what I asked them to and there was a lack of attention to detail such that I asked them to return for a quote. Gentleman said he'd do one better and come walk it with me. After trying to dissuade me from doing work that they hadn't even quoted (saying it would be too expensive), I invited them not to be the judge of my home upkeep expenditures. I offered to pay for the driveway work that was done. I was told not to pay until I was satisfied. Then spoke with a gentleman there who said he was coming out on a Saturday morning at 8 to walk the property and quote. He never came. I then got a call that the bill was past due. RIght doesn't know what the left is doing. They should spend more time doing quotes, making appointments and showing up and less time trying to make me an asphalt expert. I will have Jaguar or some other do the work now. I'm over ABC-lers. In telling the woman on the phone that she won and that I just want her to stop talking and I want to be done with ABC-lers, she could not even be quiet long enough to take the credit card numbers. She still had to have the last word with "if you change your mind..." That would only happen if, literally, through medical intervention. UUUUGGH! read more
