They charge almost $15 to iron a dress. I would have not left my items had I had more time. I specifically asked about pick up time and I as told anytime the day they'd be ready. When I arrived the employee denied having told me that. When returned later that day to get my items I was met with hostility from the employee saying I had been rude. I was paying for a service and it wasn't completed to my satisfaction you bet I'm going to bring it to your attention. My linen shirt looked like a 3 year old ironed it and then he blames the fabric for the poor ironing of my dress. He told me to take my items and leave, he was highly annoyed, shaking like a leaf and accused me of lying about being told when the items would be ready. I asked the two items to be removed from my bill and I told him I wasn't not paying for $150 worth of dry cleaning even after he told me to leave. He agreed to take my payment, I'm sure his boss was pleased. Won't use them again or recommend them. The staff I interacted with could use a lesson in customer service and cleanliness.

I did not need or expect such a quick turnaround. I told her no hurry and that I'd pick up my shirt in a day or two and to please take some time on it. WOW. She put so much time and care into my highly needed and required uniform shirt, that I could barely....... And no one would be able to tell I was so ineffective eating my soup with a very nice white work shirt. I was so surprised and taken by the whole Varsity cleaners experience. The price was so good too, I may have left her a tip. Just above and beyond.
