I was expertly assisted in deciding on minor details like which mat best complemented the art, how to best size the mat, and which frame looked best. The work that they did for me was meticulous. Very disappointed recently - paid for a custom mounting of a canvas print - I gave careful instructions on my request - when i went to pick it up, I found that the image on the print was bent around the edges of the underlying frame. The painted image just ends in space - When I mentioned this, the young lady was dismissive - " these things get stretched when they get mounted" - Understood. So they actually mounted it on a framework that was too small. Too bad for me. I don't think it is reparable. I dont mind if mistakes are made. Just be respectful.
